If The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Or Other Documents Relating To The Procedure Indicates Any Trademark, Patent Or Origin, Source Or Specific Process That Characterizes The Products Or Services Provided By A Specific Contractor - It Should Be Assumed That The Ordering Party Provided Such A Description In Order To Determine The Minimum Parameters That The Products Must Meet In Order To Meet The Requirements Set By The Ordering Party And They Constitute Only A Quality Standard Of The Subject Of The Order, And Not An Indication Of A Specific Product Of A Given Manufacturer. 4. The Ordering Party Requires The Submission Of The Said Evidence Along With The Offer. The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Deliver The Offered Instrument To The Ordering Partys Office For Quality Assessment In A Concert Hall And To Check Compliance With The Description Of The Subject Of The Order. The Contractor Will Deliver The Instrument At His Own Expense, No Later Than The Deadline For Submitting Offers At 2:00 P.M. Failure To Deliver The Above-Mentioned Instrument Will Lead To Rejection Of The Offer. The Ordering Party Informs That In Accordance With Art. 65 Section 1 Point 4 Of The Public Procurement Law Waives The Requirement To Use Electronic Means Of Communication In The Scope Of Presenting The Evidence In Question In The Form Of A Physical Model. 5. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 2 To The Swz.
