Werkgebouw Zuid In Apeldoorn Is A Collective Building That Houses Various Municipal Services, Including The Municipality, The Fire Brigade, Ambulance Care North And East Gelderland, Kringloopcentrum Foenix And The General Bicycle Handling Center (Afac). The Surface Area Of ​​The Building Is Approximately 12,000 M² Gfa. The Current Lighting Installation Was Installed During Construction In 2013 And Consists Mainly Of Fluorescent Lighting. The Client Wants To Replace All Lighting With Energy-Efficient Led Lighting. The Preference Is For A Phased Implementation Of The Work, With A Final Delivery Date Of October 2026.
