Architectural And Related Services – Appointment Of A Multidisciplinary Team For The Renovation And Extension Of The Mons Rest House. The Rest House Of The Poor Sisters Of Mons Accommodates 115 Residents, Divided Into 3 Services. All Of The Current Buildings House Rooms And Premises For Community Life And Services Provided To Residents. In Addition To The 2 Service Residences, The Maison Des Pauvres Also Offers A Day Care Center Welcoming 15 People. The Rest House Of The Poor Sisters Of Mons Is Made Up Of Heterogeneous Buildings Of Different Constructions Within A Residential Block Near The Center Of Mons. The Buildings Are Composed As Follows: - Building A Located Rue De Bertaimont 22; - Building B Located Inside The Block; - Building C Located Rue De Bertaimont 24; - Building D Located On The Place Nervienne Side; - “Community” Buildings Located Inside The Block; - “Kitchen” Building Located Inside The Block; - 2 Serviced Residences Located At Place Nervienne 10 And 11; - A Chapel And Its Cloister Located In The Heart Of The Built Complex; - A Large Wooded Park. Current Buildings Only Partially Meet Current Standards. The Project Involves The Demolition Of Buildings B, Community And Kitchen As Well As The Rehabilitation Of Building A. Building D Being The Most Recent, It Will Undergo A Slight Renovation And A Structural Adaptation Allowing Its Integration Into The New Project. The Chapel And Its Cloister Will Also Remain In Place. The Current Rest Home Only Has Access Via Rue De Bertaimont, Making Resident Transfers And Care Complicated. The Project Involves The Demolition Of 3 Buildings On Rue Lamir In Order To Create An Internal Relief Road With Entrance To Rue De Bertaimont And Exit To Rue Lamir. The Demolition Permit For These Buildings Is Currently Being Processed. I.1.2 Objectives And Constraints: In Addition To Decisions Relating To The Buildings Retained, The Primary Objective Is To Reflect On The Existing Infrastructure And The Possible Surfaces In Order To Determine The Destination Of The New Infrastructure With A View To Creating A Coherent And Functional Real Estate Complex. = Carry Out A Global Reflection On The Future Of The Buildings On The Site, In Terms Of Accommodation Infrastructure, Living Spaces, And Others; = Bring Out “A Vision”, In Order To Meet The Needs Of The Adjudicating Authority, While Taking Into Account Its Social Purpose, Its Project For The Use Of The Building Reflecting The Dynamics Of Life And Support For Residents, As Well As The Improvement, Development And Sustainability Of Its Activities; = Meet The Financial Constraints And Perspectives Of The Contracting Authority, Taking Into Account The Allocated Budget; = Respect The Deadlines Of The Contracting Authority. → Notes - Constraints, Risks, Points Of Attention And Avoidance: • The Building Named “Block A” And “Block C” Rue De Bertaimont Must Be Preserved As Well As The Large Chapel; • The Building Named “Block D” Being The Most Recent, This
