The Subject Of The Order Includes: Purchase And Delivery Of Warehouse Shelves As Part Of A Targeted Subsidy From The State Budget To Finance Current Tasks Commissioned In The Field Of Government Administration Under The Civil Protection And Civil Defense Program For 2025-2026. Agreement No. 2330 Of August 29, 2025. The Purchase Of Warehouse Racks Is Made For The Needs Of Equipping A Civil Protection And Civil Defense Warehouse. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 1 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Order. The Contractor Is Obliged To Deliver The Goods At His Own Expense At The Place And Date Agreed With The Ordering Party. The Delivery Will Take Place On Working Days From 8.00 A.M. To 2.00 P.M. To The Following Address: District Headquarters Of The State Fire Service In Łęczna, Ul. Przemysłowa 18, 21-010 Łęczna. General Requirements Of The Subject Of The Order: 1) The Subject Of The Order Must Be Brand New, Complete, From Current Production, In The First Quality, Having Technical Parameters Required By The Ordering Party, Undamaged, Unused, Free From Physical And Legal Defects. The Equipment Must Be Free From The Rights And Burdens Of Third Parties And Must Also Comply With Applicable Standards And Have The Necessary Certificates And Approvals In Accordance With Applicable Law, Which Will Be Provided To The Ordering Party On The Day Of Delivery. 2) The Delivered Subject Matter Of The Contract Must Be Properly Packed To Prevent Damage During Delivery. 3) The Contractor Undertakes To Provide, Together With The Subject Of The Order, The Necessary Certificates, Assembly And Use Instructions And Materials Regarding Use In Polish, Warranty Cards, Certificates Or Other Documents Confirming That The Subject Of The Contract Meets All Standards And Requirements Provided For By Law. 4) Delivery Of The Subject Of The Order Includes: Transport, Insurance For The Duration Of Transport, Unloading, Bringing To The Premises Indicated By The Ordering Party. 5) All Material Assembly, Such As Nuts, Bolts, Expansion Anchors, Base Plates And All Small Parts Needed For Assembly, Should Be Included In The Price And Scope Of Delivery.6) For Each Shelf, The Contractor Must Issue A Certificate Containing Data On The Manufacturers Name (Including Its Mark), The Name And Marking Of The Shelf, Year Of Production With The Factory Number, As Well As The Scope Of Tests Carried Out And Their Results, As Well As A Statement Compliance Of Tests With Polish Standards.7) The Costs Of Delivery, Transport, Unloading And Carrying The Subject Of The Contract Are Borne By The Contractor. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide A Warranty For The Delivered Goods For A Period Of 24 Months From The Date Of Signing The Acceptance Protocol By The Parties Without Any Reservations, And In The Event Of Defects, From The Date Of Signing The Delivery And Acceptance Protocol Containing Confirmation Of The Removal Of Defects.
