The eGPs Number validity will be verified. Suppliers, Contractors and Services providers who do not belong to the AGPO category will be required to fill the registration document and attach eligibility documents so as to be included in the register. A complete set of bidding documents may be obtained from KIPPRA registration portal available on the KIPPRA website www.kippra.or.ke or www.tenders.go.ke free of charge. Prospective bidders should register on https://procurement.kippra.or.ke/. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender Documents during office hours 8:00am-5:00pm. Completed Bids are to be saved as PDF documents marked KP/REG/01/2025-2026: Registration of Suppliers, Contractors and Service Providers and be attached to the KIPPRA E-procurement Portal so as to be received on or before 29th October 2025 at 11.00 A.M. Submission should strictly be done via the KIPPRA E-Procurement Portal. Bidders note that system bid submission issues should be addressed to eprocurement@kippra.or.ke.
