Approved. 6 3 services ((Oxygen,MA-4 & Vacuum). 7 Supply,fixing,testing & commissioning of terminal outlets gas specific with with matching s/s probe/ adaptor for the servicesindicated (viz. Oxygen,Medical Air & vacuum) and to accept only compatible quick connect pin/geometric index type adapters conforming to ISO7396 standard , manufactured in compliance with ISO13485,ISO45001.Make: PNS/Aktive/Asha/MPS or equv. approved. 8 Oxygen Outlet 9 Vacuum Outlet 10 Medical Air-4 Outlet 11 Suuply,fixing,testing & commissioning of Oxygen flow meter made for brass chrom plated . It shall be back pressure compensated type having housing of polycarbonate autoclavable reusable with flow range of 0-15 LPM fittedwithmatching adopter for oxygen outlet point & humidifer and humidifier shall shall be compatible with flow meter . It shall be manufactured in compliance relevant ISO standards etc as required.Make: PNS/Active/Asha/MPS/PMP or equv. approved. 12 Supply,installation,testing and commissioning of indigenous ward vacuum unit with regulator capable of controlling vacuuum between 0 to 760 mm of Hg & polycarbonate autoclavable , reusable type jar receiver ,vacuum regulator shall have dial gauge , on/off switch ,valve control knob, hygrophobic filter and additional polycarbonate safety trap bottle as per specifications and as required.The product shall be in compliance with ISO 7396 standard.Make: PMP/Asha/Active or equivalent approved. 13 1000 Ml Receiver Jar 14 Low pressure suction tube for suction outlet adopter as required. 15 High pressure suction tube for suction outlet adopter as required. 16 Supply,installation,testing & commissioning of modular bed head panel made out of high grade aluminium with provision of gas outlets. Each panel shall be equiped with 4 pole vacuum slider , utility basket,monitor tray &each panel shall be fitted with with 6 Nos. of 15 A, modular switch & 6 Nos. of 6 pin modular power sockets.The panel shall be fabricated by extrusion method & powder coated as per approved colour . It should have dual compartment facility separately for gases and electrical services as per international standards for safety & service. Unit shall be manufactured as ISO13485 & 45001. Make: PNS/Active/asha/MPS or equv. approved. 17 Bed Head Panel for 3 gases outlet each of 1200 mm long. 18 Supply,installation,testing & commissioning of Area zonal valve box (three line) for required service as per ISO7396 standard comprising of isolation valve,pressure gauge,locking arrangement , transparent breakable front to break in case of emergency. The unit shall be manufactured as per ISO 13485 & 45001 etc as required. Make: Speed/Asha/Active or equivalent approved. 19 3 services ((Oxygen,MA-4 & Vacuum).
