The Procurement Requirement Includes All Medicinal Products With The Active Ingredients Named In Appendix 3 To The Conditions Of Participation (So-Called List Of Active Ingredients And Deadlines). Contracts Can Be Concluded For Individual Active Ingredients. The Procurement Requirements Were Not Divided Into Lots. This Is An Open House Procedure. To The Extent That Wording Is Used In This Announcement That Indicates The Division Of Procurement Requirements Into One Or More Lots, This Is Solely Due To The Specifications Of This Announcement Form. The Aok Reserves The Right To Adjust The Procurement Requirements Of This Open House Procedure In The Course Of The Further Procedure By Supplementing Appendix 3 With Additional Active Ingredients Or Reducing Individual Active Ingredients From Appendix 3. In The Event Of An Expansion Of Procurement Requirements, Discount Agreements For Medicinal Products With These Additional Active Ingredients Would Also Become The Subject Of The Present Open House Procedure. Of Course, This Would Not Expand The Content Of Contracts Already Concluded For Other Active Ingredients, But Rather A New Contract Would Have To Be Concluded (See Also Sections A.I.1 And A.Iii.4 Of The Conditions Of Participation). If The Client Wishes To Terminate All Discount Agreements For An Active Ingredient From Annex 3, It Can Declare This To All Discount Contract Partners For This Active Ingredient At The Same Termination Time And Cancel The Open House Procedure For The Same Active Ingredient. In This Case, The Aok Will Immediately Announce The Cancellation Of This Open House Procedure For The Same Active Ingredient In The Supplement To The Official Journal Of The European Union
