The Clients It Covers A Very Wide Range Of Services From Merchandise Management And Billing Systems Such As Sap To Control Center Systems And Apps Such As Mvgo. The It Requirement Sometimes Grows Faster Than Internal Staff Can Be Built Up And If It Falls, The Reduction Of Internal Staff Is Slow. This Need For Scaling Is Answered By Outsourcing Services To External Parties. One Form Of This Is The External Takeover Of The Testing Of Software Applications To The Extent Appropriate For The Application (Test Concept, Test Control, Test Case Definition, Execution Of Functional And Non-Functional Tests (E.G. L&P Tests, Regression Tests, Exploratory Tests, ...), Test Automation). This Support Takes Place In Both Classic And Agile Environments. The Client Currently Has 3 Candidate Groups Of Applications For Which He Would Like To Outsource The Test. The Known Supervision Effort Is Around 3 To 5 Fte. During The Term, Applications May Be Added Or Eliminated Or The Annual Effort May Fluctuate. A Framework Agreement Will Be Put Out To Tender. The Individual Applications Are Commissioned Per Retrieval (Possibly With Multiple Retrievals). The Clients Experience Shows That Service Provision Is Essential, Especially When Testing Domain Knowledge. The Tender Covers The Following Domains: • Public Transport Sales: Sales Processes (App And Web-Based Sales Channels, Mass Customer Billing) • Purchasing And Logistics (Sap Mm/Sd/Cs) • Finance (Sap Fi/Co) • Maintenance Including Mobile Maintenance (Sap Pm, App Applications) With This Framework Agreement There Is No Obligation To Exhaust The Contract For The Client. The Services Must Generally Be Provided Remotely. Exceptions That Require Services To Be Provided On Site Are Workshops And, If Necessary, Tests In Connection With Hardware That Is Only Available On Site At The Client (E.G. A Ticket Machine).
