Public-Service Buses - Dbr - Used Low-Floor Buses For Rent. Creation Of A Dynamic Procurement System For Renting Low-Floor Solo And Articulated Buses (Bkv Zrt. Td-219/25.). The Bidder Will Create A Dynamic Procurement System (Dbr) For 24 Months For M3 Category, Air-Conditioned, Diesel-Powered, Suitable For Urban Public Transport (Public Passenger Transport), Euro-V, In Accordance With Current Hungarian Legislation. Or For Renting Used Solo Or Articulated Buses With A More Modern Engine For A Fixed Period Of Time. Quantity: As Planned, A Maximum Of 60 Buses/6 Months Per Contract. The Quantity Is Determined On The Basis Of The Specific Demand Arising During The Operation In The Individual Bidding Stages, The Rented Quantity May Differ From The Planned Quantity, And The Planned Quantity Does Not Constitute An Obligation To Initiate Proceedings. The Bidder Plans To Rent The Buses For Periods Of 6 Months, But The Duration Of The Lease May Differ From This In The Individual Bidding Stages. Applicants Must Declare In Their Application That: • They Acknowledge And Accept The General Terms And Conditions; • Consents To The Fact That In The Bidding Phase The Deadline For Bidding Is 5 Working Days, With The Fact That The Deadline Can Be Extended In Justified Cases; • With Regard To Your Application For Participation, Does Council Regulation 833/2014/Eu Of July 31, 2014 On Restrictive Measures Taken Due To Russian Measures Destabilizing The Situation In Ukraine, 5K. The Temporal Scope Of The Individual Rental Contracts May Extend Beyond The Period Of Existence Of The Dbr. The Bidder Is The Kbt. Pursuant To Section 107 (2), The Technical Description And Contractual Conditions For The Specific Public Procurements To Be Carried Out In The Dbr Shall Be Made Available To Valid Applicants Participating In The Dbr At The Same Time As The Invitation To Tender Is Sent. The Buses Must Be Suitable For Use In Accordance With The Contract During The Entire Duration Of The Pass, And Must Comply With The Specifications Set By The Bidder In Each Bidding Stage
