Specific Procurement Notice Supply & Commissioning of Ten (10) New Diesel Electric Locomotives and Training of Maintenance & Operation personnel The bidding document in English may be purchased by interested eligible Bidders upon the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of (UGX 900,000) Uganda Shillings Nine Hundred Thousand or its equivalent in United States Dollars. The document will be delivered with the preferred means of delivering the bid document to the bidder(s). Evidence of Payment will be sent to the Procurement and Disposal Unit at the address indicated in paragraph 4 above for issuance of the bidding document.
