The Subject Of The Order Is The Service Of Quantitative Analysis Of Microrna (Mirna) Using The High-Throughput Sequencing Method (Next-Generation Sequencing, Ngs), As Part Of The Project New, Multiomic, Economic Method Of Earlier Cancer Diagnosis Based On Liquid Biopsy Material, Combined With Advanced Biostatistics, Bioinformatics And Learning Machine As Part Of The Financing Obtained From Abm-Kpo (No. 2024/Abm/03/Kpo/Kpod.07.07-Iw.07-0007/24-00).2. The Service Includes The Preparation Of Smallrna Libraries And Mirna Sequencing For 90 Samples. Biological Material - Mirna Isolated From Serum Using The Qiagen Mirneasy Serum/Plasma Kit Advanced Kit – Will Be Delivered By The Ordering Party.3. The Ordering Party Will Provide Samples (Max. 90 Human Rna Samples) At One Time To Perform A Given Service. 4. A Detailed Description Of The Subject, Scope And Method Of Implementation Is Described In Annex No. 3 To These Terms Of Reference, Hereinafter Referred To As Swz. 5. Detailed Provisions Regarding The Performance Of Obligations Relating To This Order Are Included In The Draft Contract - Annex No. 4 To The Swz.
