CM (1:4) using integral water proofing compound even and smooth using extra cementas per manufacturer instruction as in sunken floor complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.Note : Water proofing compound will be measuredand paid separately. 11 M&L Applying evenly a tack coat of in dustrial bitumen 85/25 at the rate of 1.2 kg per sq.m including cleaning surfaces, complete all as specified and as directed. 12 S&F in repair 40mm bore 600mm long GI spout pipe to drain out the surplus water from the sunken portion including cutting hole and making good the disturbed surface in PCC 1:2:4 complete as specified and directed 13 M&L 10mm thick screed beddingincement mortar 1:4 mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturers instructions on concrete surface of roof and finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.Note:- WPC shall be measured and paid separately. 14 M&L for water proofing treatment with APP based modified 3 layered prefabricated water proofing polymeric membrane over roof consisting of cleaning of concrete or plastered surface of roof and applying evenly a bitumen primer conforming to IS 3488 @0.3 kg per sqm followed by APP modified polymetric water proofing membrane minimum weighing 3.00 kg/sqm reinforced with non woven polyester fabric (wt. not less than 150 gms/sqm)land on primed surface by forced application complete unrolled and bonded to substrate with longitudinal and end laps 100mm or as per manufacturers instruction, and including taking the APP membrane will be required where the parapet wall exceed 45cm for carrying over and taking into parapet walls, cut out neatly a horizontal groove 6.5 cm deep, 7.5 cm wide section with lower edge at not less than 15 cm above the graded roof surface and groove shall be finished smooth with cement mortar 1:4 with WPC @3% by weight of cement where the parapet wall height is 45cm or less, no grove will be required as the water proofing treatment will be carried over the top of parapet wall to its full thickness complete all as specified and directed. 15 M&L 20mm thick Pre-cast Cement concrete tiles 1:2:4 type B0,(using 10 mm to 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate), machine pressed; set jointed and pointed in cement mortar(1:3), including providing screed bed 15mm thick in CM(1:6), complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 16 Supply only integral water proofingcompound. 17 Dismantling of wall tilling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store
