1.1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Execution Of Construction Works Related To The Implementation Of The Investment Task Entitled: Reconstruction Of The Bridge On Nowowiejska Street In Dzierżoniów, Co-Financed By The Voivode Of Lower Silesia From The State Budget As Part Of The Allocation Of Funds For Removing The Effects Of A Natural Disaster. 1.2. The Scope Of The Subject Matter Of The Order Referred To Above Includes The Execution Of Construction Works Based On The Design Documentation Held By The Ordering Party, For Which A Certificate Of No Grounds For Objection Was Issued By The Starosta Of Dzierżoniów And Consists Of: 1) Demolition Of The Existing Bridge Structure Along With Access Roads And Dismantling Of Inactive External Devices Mounted To The Bridge Structure; 2) Relocation Of A Section Of The Water Supply Network; 3) Construction Of A New Bridge Structure With Access Roads And Two Pedestrian Crossings; 4) Construction Of A Street Lighting Network; 5) Relocation Of A Rainwater Inlet; 6) Delivery And Installation Of A Double-Sided Information Board With Dimensions 180 X 120 Cm In Accordance With The Guidelines Of The Regulation Of The Council Of Ministers Of May 7, 2021 On Determining Information Activities Undertaken By Entities Implementing Tasks Financed Or Co-Financed From The State Budget Or State Earmarked Funds;7) Introducing And Maintaining Temporary Traffic Organization;8) Introducing Target Traffic Organization;9) Carrying Out All Accompanying Works Related To The Implementation Of The Designed Project. 1.3. The Detailed Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Was Specified In: 1) Certificate Of Lack Of Grounds For Objection Issued By The Starosta Of Dzierżoniów; 2) Design Documentation Entitled Design For The Reconstruction Of The Bridge On Nowowiejska Street In Dzierżoniów;3) Executive Design Entitled Project For The Reconstruction Of The Bridge On Nowowiejska Street In Dzierżoniów;4) Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works;5) Temporary Traffic Organization Project;6) Permanent Traffic Organization Project.1.4. The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform The Scope Of Works Indicated In The Draft Contract, In The Design Documentation, Including The Detailed Design, Which Is Specified In The Form Of A Technical Description Or Drawings Or Simultaneously In The Description And Drawings. Both The Technical Description And The Drawings (Graphic Part) Of The Projects Are Equivalent And Describe The Subject Of The Order. 1.5. The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform Construction Works In Accordance With Construction Practice, Investor Supervision Recommendations, And The Above-Mentioned. Documentation, Including The Elimination Of Architectural Barriers For People With Disabilities.1.6. The Contractor, Apart From The Above-Mentioned Obligations Arising From The Obligations Arising From The Contract, Undertakes To: 1) Take Over The Construction Site, Secure It And Properly Mark It, And Apply To The Network And
