To The Extent That, By 1 May 2026 At The Latest, No Carrier Will Have Started Or Be Able To Demonstrate That It Is About To Start Regular Air Services Between Tarbes Lourdes Airport And Paris-Orly Airport In Accordance With The Public Service Obligations Imposed On This Route And Without Requesting Financial Compensation, France Has Decided, Pursuant To Article 16 Paragraphs 9 And 10 Of Regulation (Ec) No 1008/2008 Of The European Parliament And Of The Council Of 24 September 2008 Establishing Common Rules For The Operation Of Air Services In The Community, To Grant To An Air Carrier, After A Call For Tenders In Accordance With The Procedure Provided For In Article 17 Of The Aforementioned Regulation, The Right To Operate These Air Services On An Exclusive Basis From 1 June 2026
