Civil Engineering Consultancy Services – Contracting Of Services For The Drafting Of The Project To Reform The Spillways And Drains And Improve The Safety Conditions And Recovery Of The Capacity Of The Jándula Dam, T.M. From Andújar (Jaén).. Hydraulic Works Declared Of General Interest Of The State Are The Responsibility Of This General Directorate Of Water. Thus, The Jándula Dam And, Specifically, The Reform Of The Spillway, Is Declared A Work Of General Interest Based On Article 36, Section 5 Of Law 10/2001, Of July 5, Of The National Hydrological Plan Where It Is Determined That “Each And Every One Of The Works Included In Annex Ii Are Declared Of General Interest With The Effects Provided For In Articles 44.2 And 119 Of The Water Law And 10 Of The Forced Expropriation Law Regarding The Public Utility Implicit In The States Work Plans. In The Aforementioned Annex Ii.- List Of Investments, Structured By Basins, Referring To The Guadalquivir Basin, Appears The “New Spillway Of The Jándula Dam.”, Which Refers To The Project At Hand. The Purpose Of This Action Is To Improve The Structural Safety Of The Jándula Dam, Mainly By Improving The Drainage Capacity Of The Spillway, Which Is Currently Insufficient And Which Conditions The Exploitation Of The Dam, As Well As Carrying Out Other Actions Such As The Waterproofing Of The Dam Body, The Study Of The Hydraulic Transmissivity Of The Concrete Of The Dam Body, The Drainage Of The Foundation, The Definition Of Auscultation Elements, The Renovation Of The Dams Drains And Improvement Of Access.
