The Subject Of The Contract Is The Delivery Of 1 Pc Of The Therapeutic X -Ray Device For Orthodoltage Therapy For The Needs Of The University Hospital With The Polyclinic Of J. A. Reiman Prešov. The Subject Of The Contract Must Be New, Unused And Unchanged, In Flawless Condition And Must Meet All The Requirements Of The Applicable Legislation Of The Slovak Republic For The Purposes Of Use In A Medical Facility. An Integral Part Of The Contract Is The Transport Of The Subject Of The Contract To The Agreed Place Of Delivery, Unloading At The Place Of Delivery, Unpacking And Disposal Of Packaging, Completion, Installation And Commissioning Of The Subject Of The Contract, Including The Necessary Building Modifications Directly Related To The Installation And Launch Of The Subject Of The Contract Into Operation Consisting In Particular. No. 1 Of The Purchase Contract, Testing The Functionality And Operation Of The Subject Of The Contract, Handing Over The Written Documents Necessary For The Acquisition Of Ownership Right To The Subject Of The Contract, The Provision Of User Documentation For The Subject Of The Contract, Commissioning The Subject Of The Contract (Installation) With The Issue Containing The Name List Of Trained Personnel Of The Contracting Authority, As Well As The Provision Or Provision Of Warranty Repairs In The Event Of Defects Of The Subject Of The Contract During The Warranty Period, Including Regular Safety And Electrical Inspections According To The Recommendations Of The Manufacturer And Valid Legislation Of The Slovak Republic Throughout The Warranty Period. If, For The Proper And Trouble -Free Commissioning Of The Subject Of The Contract, The Legal Regulations Required To Carry Out Official Inspections Or Measurements, The Contract Also Includes The Issue Or Ensuring The Issuance Of Confirmation Of The Execution Of These Legislation Of Required Inspections And Measurements. If The Necessary Software Drivers And Licenses Are The Necessary Software Drivers For Commissioning The Subject Of The Order And Its Proper Use, The Order Also Includes The Provision Of These Software Drivers And Granting All Licenses To Them To The Extent Necessary For Proper, Undisturbed And Unlimited Use Of The Subject Of The Order, Including Its Software Components And Accessories. All Written Documents Must Be Made In Slovak Or Czech Language.
