Sewage-Treatment Plant Construction Work-Elaboration Of The Project And Execution Of The Work Of The Extension Of The Waste Water Previous Of Vilagarcía De Arouusa. Vilagarcía De Aruous (Pontevedra). Action Co-Financed By The European Union With The European Regional Development Fund (Feder) In 60% Of The Eligible Expenditure Within The Framework Of The Galicia Feder 2021-2027 Program. The Work Of The Contract Includes The Elaboration Of The Technical Document At The Constructive Level And The Execution Of The Work. This Action Derives From The Need For The Lack Of Capacity Of The Current Wastewater Treatment Station Of The Wastewater Treatment Plant (Edar) Of Vilagarcía De Aruous To Give The Proper Treatment To The Wastewater It Receives, Both From A Hydraulic Point Of View And Of The Loads To Be Treated, To Ensure Compliance With The Dumping Parameters Of The Waters Treated To The Receiving Medium. Due To The High Polluting Loads In Gross Waters, The Actual Production Of Sludge Is Higher Than That Considered In The Design Of The Existing Building. As A Consequence, The Line Of Sludge Treatment Is Insufficient, So Its Extension Is Essential. This Action Is Also Intended To Comply With Law 1/2022, Of July 12, On The Improvement Of The Management Of The Integral Water Cycle (Lmgcia) And The New European Directive (Eu) 2024/3019, Of November 27, 2024, On The Treatment Of Urban Wastewater, Contemplating Specific Actions For The Production Of Electricity In The Edar Itself. The Solution To The Situation Will Increase The Purification Capacity To Treat A Population Equivalent To 99,404 Inhabitants, An Average Design Flow Of 15,639 M3/D And A Maximum Flow Of 500 L/S. To Carry Out This Modernization Action, It Will Be Necessary To Execute A New Secondary Treatment Based On New Biological Reactors With Hybrid Technology And The Expansion Of All The Processes Associated With The New Biological System, Both In The Water Line And In That Of Sludge. In Summary, The Following Is Contemplated: • Previous And Auxiliary Actions That Allow The Execution Of The Work Extension Works Without Affecting The Current Functioning Of The Building Processes, With The Construction Of A New Pretreatment. • In The Water Line: - Declare Of The Existing Collectors And Connection With The New Work. - Reception Work, Head Pumping And Pretratation (To House In One Or Several Buildings). - New Biological Ifas Treatment That Will Consist Of 4 Lines With Pre -Oxic, Anoxic, Anaerobic And Two Aerobic Cells. - Phosphorus Chemical Elimination System. - Secondary Decantation, Formed By 4 Clarifiers, Two Of Them Newly Construction. - Tertiary Uv Disinfection Treatment With Two Lines. - New Pumping To The Existing Submarine Emissary. -Demolition Of The Current Pretreatment And Restitution Of The Occupied Esplanade. - Demolition Of All Facilities Without Use After The Execution Of The Works. • Sludge Line: - Slode Thickness. - Storage And Pumping Of Sludge Thickened To Digestion. - Stabilization Of Sludge By Anaerobic Mesophilic Digestion. - Chemical Dosage For Elimination Of H2s In Biogas And Phosphorus In Dehydration Drains. - Dige Sludge Storage And Pumping
