(b)SDAC shall be as per MORTH specification Note2: - (i) Laying shall be done by means of self-propelled mechanical paver,and screed temp minimum maintain not less than 140 degree cellicious finishing with electronic sensor and hydraulic controls with suitable speed 5 Km /hourand capable of laying, spreading, tamping and finishing.(ii) Mix shall be obtained from computerized hot mix plant and spreading shall be done by using mechanical paver only)(iii) The mix shall be designed by job mix formula and approved by GE. (iv) Cost of testing charges, materials and transportation etc for job mix formula and Independent testing during execution of work shall be inclusive in the unit rate quoted and no extra payment shall be made on this account.(v) Minimum bitumen content as mentioned in above item, if there is any variation in the actual binder content used, the rate shall be adjusted @ Rs. 50 /- per Kg of binder used. However no price adjustment shall be made if the binder content works out to more than 5.5% as specified in BOQ. (vi) Prior to the execution of work started the Design mix of bituminous permix semi dense asphalticconcrete should be provide by the contractor from any Governement Engineering College or approved NABL lab and job mix should be approved by GE. (vii) Filler material for semi dense asphaltic concrete shall be cement only.(viii) The cost of Job mix & Lab/Feild Testing asper SSR/IS/MORTH as required shall be borne by the contractor.(ix) The hot mix plant should be approved from GE. 4 Repair to potholes any depth, not exc 1 sq m each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc. cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth, making good by filling in screened & graded road metal, watering and well ramming (including supply of road metal)complete all as specified and directed. 5 Demolition of unreiforced cement concrete in ground floor and paving not exceeding 15cm thick ( below or above ground level ) complete including removal of debries out side MD land all asspecified and as directed . 6 M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C2 using 40mm graded agrregate 100mm thickas in Sub base/ Sub floor/ Pavings as specified and directed. 7 M & L for premix bituminous macadam (consolidated thickness not more than 75 mm) with 4% binder content of paving bitumen of grade (VG-30) by weight of total mix laid and rolled with 8-10 tonne power roller to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and directed. 8 Notes:- (a) Aggregate used in the work shall be obtained from approved source .(b) Minimum content of Cement filler shall be 2% by weight of total mix and dossage shall be as per design mix.No price adjustment shall be applicable if excess quantity of filler is used/approved due to design requirement in the execution of work under this item (c) No price adjustment shall be made for any extra quantity of binder due to design requirement. (d).Cost of testing charges as per (IS),Preparationof moulds,penetration test, Viscosity test,Bitumin extraction test ,, Marshall stability test not less than 1200kg using hot mix plant, spread, rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber using mechanical sensor paver androller of type & capacity all as specified in MoRTH and TI 09/2009 . core cutting, materials and transpotation etc for job mix formula shall deem to be included in quoted rate) .(e) Mix shall be from hot mix plant and laying shall be done with mechanical paver.(f) During the laying minimm 02 x water browser shall be available at site . 9 M&L for Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete interlock paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour,design & pattern as in footparth, parks,lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand complete all as specified. 10 M&L for Providing and laying 80mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete interlock paver block of M-30 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footpath,parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with fine sand and cutting of paver block as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand complete all as specified. 11 M&L for Dismantaling of cement concrete Paver Block/Interlocking Tiles of any Shape,Size and Thickness upto 80mm Cleaning All Serviceable tiles by removing of mud,mortar & washing and refixing of old interlock/paver blocks in position, over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of interlocking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with fine sand and cutting of paver block as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping with extra sand complete all as specified and directed. 12 M&L for Preparation of old concrete /PCC Tiles/Paver Block Surfaces by bromming with coir/wire brushes and washing down with water to remove the fine dust and applying Two Coats of Lacquer polish (1001) chemical with pigment as approved by GE complete all as specified and directed. 13 M&L for preparation of road surface and applying thermoplastic reflective paint for marking of minimum 2mm thick double coat as a centre line or edge line etc, road marking of 150/100 mm width using HOT MARK thermo plastic paint (Hot application) white /yellow by indigenous modern propelled road marking machine as directed including all ingredients such as binder, glass beads, titanium dioxide, calcuim caronate, inter filler etc, thermoplastic & glass beads shall be conforming to Cause 803.4 of MORTH specificaiton, including minimum thermoplastic paint @ 6.5kg/sqm & spraying of mimimum glass beads @ 300gms/Sqm etc complete all as per manufactures instructions and as directed. 14 S&F in repair of dual reflective cat eye of impact resistant plastic/aluminium body stud double moulded solid state having ultra violet resistant color(white/red/yellow) with four round disc containing 28 mini retro reflective glass beads of color white/red/yellow to side provided with steel zinc plated of dia 12mm and of length 120mm for fixing to road by haammering & epoxy complete all as specified and directed.
