Tenders are invited for Supply of Steel Office Cupboards 26 Refundable Bid Security (Rs.): 10000/- Bid documents may be obtained between 9.00 a.m. and 3.00 p.m. on working days of the week from 17.09.2025 until 01.10.2025 upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of Rs. 2000.00 to the Shroff of the Accounts Division of Southern Provincial Department of Co-operative Development, No. 147/3, Pettigalawatta, Galle. Perfected bids may either be sent by registered post addressed to Commissioner / Registrar of Co-operative Development, Department of Co-operative Development, 147/3, Pettigalawatta, Galle or deposited in the Tender Box kept in the Official Room of Accountant of Department of Co-operative Development and the caption Purchase of Office Furniture and Equipment for the Department of Co-operative Development and Co-operative Societies - 2025 should be mentioned on the top left corner of the envelope containing the bid. Sealed bids should be submitted in duplicate and should be inserted in separate covers and both covers should be reinserted in a single cover and submitted. Duly perfected bids should be accompanied by a bid security relevant to the value mentioned above obtained from a commercial bank approved by the Central Bank of Sri Lanka valid for 77 days from the bid opening date up to 17.12.2025. Bid security should have been drawn in favour of Commissioner of Co-operative Development - Southern Province. Bidder or his authorized representative may be present at the time of opening of bids.
