It Services: Consulting, Software Development, Internet And Support- Public Clinical Maintenance And Management Services. Business Finland (Later The Contracting Entity/Bf) Asks For Appropriate Candidates To Submit The Application For Participation 605/27/2023 For The Competitive Negotiation Procedure For The Public Cloud Maintenance And Management Services Procurement In Accordance With This Request For Participation And Its Annexes. The Acquisition Focuses On The Development Of A Cloud Platform Based On Bfs Microsoft Celebrity Cloud, Management And Maintenance Service, And Training Services For Bf Experts And End Users. The Cloud Is Covered By Bfs Azure, Power Platform, M365, As Well As Related Development Platforms (Azure Devops And Github), And Any New Service Entities And Features Will Be Introduced To The Cloud To Be Competed With Separate Projects If Necessary. The Management And Maintenance Service Covers The Management, Development And Operation Of These Cloud Platforms Under Bf Guidance And Service Control. The Subject Of The Acquisition Is Described In More Detail In The Appendices To The Request. The Attachments Of The Request For A Partial Request Are Sketches And May Be Updated To The Final Invitation To Tender During The Negotiations. At The Time Of Publication Of The Request For Participation, The Estimated Maximum Value Is € 2,500,000 (Vat 0 %), Based On The Estimated Need For Five (5) Years. According To A Preliminary Estimate, The Agreement Will Be Valid For An Indefinite Period.
