Expression of Interest for Provision of Fabric Maintenance and Support Services in NLNG Plant SCOPE OF WORK FABRIC MAINTENANCE AND SUPPORT SERVICES The objective of the Fabric Maintenance and Support Services Contract is to ensure continued integrity of the Companys assets and facilities through planned/preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance including breakdown repair and replacement works. The scope of Fabric Maintenance and Support Services contract involves the following: Surface Preparation and Coating Application Surface preparation necessary to provide acceptable level of cleanliness and profile required for coating application. Coating is applied on prepared surfaces after due quality control and assurance tasks have been conducted and concluded. These involve the provision of all equipment and tools needed for surface preparation and coating application which could be carried out on live equipment and those that are out-of-service. Insulation, Cladding Works and Fireproofing Insulation and cladding activities involve replacement of degraded insulation/cladding systems on process piping and equipment with new ones. Fireproofing for special equipment is inclusive in the scope of work. These activities shall be carried out on live or out-of-service process piping and equipment. Existing insulating systems on piping and equipment include thermal insulation, acoustic insulation, fireproofing, personnel protection and cladding. Insulation/cladding repair works require provision of fully equipped fabrication workshops and appropriate tools/equipment for field repair works. Work Access and Habitat Provision The scope of work shall also include the provision of temporary weather protection, protection of the works and adjacent facilities using screens and habitats, as well as the provision of access via scaffolding, rope access, mobile platforms, mechanical lifts, etc. Project Management This will involve work scope planning, scheduling and execution coordination. Note: Relevant scope elements shall require the use of non-fossil fuel equipment and tools for work execution. MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS To qualify for consideration, interested companies are required to respond to this invitation with the following information/documents for consideration. Failure to submit any of the under-listed documents may lead to disqualification. a. Confirmation of interest to participate in the pre-qualification exercise for the Provision of Fabric Maintenance and Support Services across NLNG facilities as listed out in the scope. b. Certificate of Incorporation and other relevant CAC documents (e.g. CAC2, CAC7 or its equivalent). c. Health, Safety & Environment Policy and Quality Policy. d. HSE and QMS performance and compliance records including evidence of ISO 14001 & 9001 certifications and good working knowledge of OHSAS 18001 e. Current/Valid relevant certificates to operate and to do business in the Nigerian oil and gas industry as issued by the Nigerian Midstream and Downstream Petroleum Regulatory Authority (NMDPRA) f. Company profile, organisation, size and structure, including any parent, technical partnership, alliance or joint venture of companies to whom they belong, together with CV of the vendors management team. g. Recent financial statement h. Tax clearance certificates for the last three (3) years. i. Evidence and documentation supporting compliance with the Nigerian Oil and Gas Industry Content Development (NOGICD) Act 2010 (See Section 3: COMPLIANCE WITH NIGERIAN CONTENT (NOGICD ACT 2010). j. Contractors acceptance that any vehicle to be used under this contract to provide service to NLNG shall have In-Vehicle Monitoring System (IVMS) installed in the vehicle as per NLNG specification at contractors own cost before the commencement of the contract. Only companies considered to meet NLNGs pre-qualification requirements shall receive further correspondence from the Company, including receipt of invitations to tender for the Provision of Fabric Maintenance and Support Services.
