Rate Contract for Meeting Hall/Training Venue/ Residence Facilities in Residential Training"s/Workshop"s/Meetings orgainsed by DRHS-1 The following is the arrangement of training hall/venue for the participants in NHM training programmes. There should be proper seating arrangement for at least 35 trainees in the training hall/venue for the trainers and trainees, which should have proper arrangements for toilets, coolers and fans according to the season, lights, tables, chairs and lecture stands, daily cleaning and clean drinking water (RO) etc. 2 The following is the arrangement of training hall/venue for the participants in NHM training programmes. There should be proper seating arrangement for at least 50 trainees in the training hall/venue for the trainers and trainees, which should have proper arrangements for toilets, coolers and fans according to the season, lights, tables, chairs and lecture stands, daily cleaning and clean drinking water (RO) etc. 3 The following is the arrangement of air-conditioned training hall/venue for the participants in NHM training programmes. There should be adequate seating arrangement for at least 35 trainees in the training hall/venue for the trainer and trainees, which should have proper arrangements for toilets, fans as per the weather, lights, tables, chairs and lecture stands, projector with screen, sound system, laptop facility, daily cleaning and clean drinking water (RO) etc. 4 Arrangement of air-conditioned training hall/venue for the participants in NHM training programmes is necessary as follows. There should be proper seating arrangement for at least 5 trainees in the training hall/venue for the trainer and trainees, which should have proper arrangement of toilet, fans as per the season, light, table, chairs and lecture stand, projector with curtain, sound system, laptop arrangement, daily cleaning and clean drinking water (RO) etc. 5 6 Housing arrangement for the participants in NHM training programmes will be toilet and bathroom, coolers and fans in the rooms as per the season, daily cleaning, bed, bedding, bedsheet and clean drinking water (RO) etc. (Note: Accommodation can also be arranged in a common hall.) Accommodation for the participants in NHM training programs will have attached toilet and bathroom, coolers and fans in the rooms as per the weather, daily cleaning, bed, bedding, bedsheet and clean drinking water (RO) etc. 7 AC Room, with attached Bathroom/Toilet/Washroom. 8 AC Room, with attached Bathroom/Toilet/Washroom.
