Prequalifications For Development Of Residential Projects in Kuwait

Prequalifications are invited for Development of Three (3) Residential projects in accordance with Law No. 118 for the Year 2023 in the State of Kuwait: 1- Al Mutlaa City (M-3); 2-East Saad Al Abdullah City (ESA-1); 3-West Saad Al Abdullah (WSA-1) & Commercial Services Strip in Jaber Al Ahmad City (J1). KD 3,000 for the Request for Qualification (RFQ) document, and an additional KD 3,000 for each Statement of Qualification (SOQ) submitted. The RFQ document can be collected from the Office of the Manager of Investor Relations and Marketing Department, third floor, office no. 18 at the PAHW head office. The collection period starts on Thursday, 18/09/2025 and ends at 12:00 pm on Wednesday, 01/10/2025 mportant conditions and instructions: 1- PAHW invites specialized companies with a minimum of ten (10) years experience in developing residential and mixed-use real estate projects to pre-qualify as developers. 2- The development of all assets in each project will be on a design, finance, build, operate, maintain, sell (except non-residential assets), and transfer contract basis. 3- The contract duration for each project is thirty (30) years, including a four (4) year construction period and a twenty-six (26) year investment period. 4- Interested companies must download the Declaration of Confidentiality from PAHWs official website, sign it, and submit the hard copy in person to collect the RFQ. 5- The completed Statement of Qualification (SOQ) must be submitted no later than 12:00 pm (Kuwait local time) on Thursday, 30/10/2025, to the Deputy Director General For Investment and Private Sector, PAHW Head Quarter, South Surra, Ministries Area, P.O.
