The Subject Of The Contract Is The Performance Of Services Entitled: Development Of Greenery Of Urban Areas Within The Green Budget Of The City Of Katowice - Part 6 2. The Subject Of The Contract Includes: 1) Task No. 1 (In The Basic Subject Of The Order): Performance Of A Service Consisting In The Development Of Greenery Of Urban Areas In Nine Locations Indicated In Swz. 2) Task No. 2 (Service Covered By The Option Of The Option): A) Maintenance And Care Of Performed Development In The Period From 15.04.2026. - 15.10.2026 In The Locations Indicated In Swz; Pursuant To The Attached Project And Cost Documentation For Individual Locations, B) The Maximum Value Of The Option Right-Pln 27,230.00, C) The Ordering Party Makes The Right To Exercise The Right Of Options On Financial Possibilities, Allowing Them To Be Made. 3. The Subject Of The Contract For Task No. 1 Assumes The Performance Of A Service For Individual Locations In Accordance With The Design Ranges And Posted Bill Of Quantities, And Includes, Among Others: 1) Cleaning And Preparation Of The Area Under Planting, 2) Disassembly Of The Surface, 3) Assembly Of Small Architecture Elements, 4) Planting Plants, Finishing And Care Works, 5) Setting Elements Of Small Architecture. 4. Detailed Descriptions Of The Subject Of The Contract For Task No. 1 The Requirements Related To Its Performance Are Set Out In Annex 1 Containing Projects For Individual Locations, Including: 1) Issues Of Works, 2) Technical Descriptions, 3) Technical Drawings: Pzt And Pw, 4) Technical Specifications Of The Implementation And Acceptance Of Works. 5. The Detailed Scope Of Services For Task 2 And The Manner Of Their Performance Is In The Project Documentation. Care Reports - The Contractor Is Obliged To Systematically Perform Care Treatments And Inform The Employer By E -Mail (At The Latest On The Day Preceding The Performance Of Planned Works) About The Date, Location And Type Of Planned Care.
