Tender For Repair/Maintenance Of Fans, Geysers, Solar Water Heater And Connected Works Under Ge Alwar; 1 Taking down carefully existing unserviceable water storage type electric geyser 25 litre capacity of any type & make from the wall after disconnecting water & electric connections and re-installation at the same location and testing, complete all as directed. long with nuts & washers) into the wall grouted properly to hold the water storage type electric geyser of 25/50 litre capacity and making good the disturbed surface as original all as directed. 18 S&F in repair 15mm bore new stop valve fancy type of cast copper alloy chromium plated screwed down, high pressure with capstan heads, screwed both ends for iron pipe or for union complete all as specified and directed. 19 S&F in repair plug top 3 pin 15/16 Amp 230 volt AC, ISI marked, complete all as specified and directed. 20 S&F in repair new metal clad plug top and socket 3 pin 15/16 Amp 230 volt AC, ISI marked, complete all as specified and directed. 21 S&F in repair new plug top Single pole including neutral enclosure with a two pin and earth plug and socket complete with one single pole MCB 25 Amp, 240 Volt, complete all as specified and directed. 22 S&F in repairMCB, 32 Amps, Single Pole, 240 Volts, 10 KA complete all as specified and directed. 23 M&L Painting of Geysers after scraping & rubbing old surface and apply two coat of synthetic enamel paint of approved shade/tint on all steel surfaces all as directed by Engineer-in-charge. 24 S&F in repairs new outer cover of25 Litre Capacity geyser of suitable thickness includingtop & bottom cover and necessary accessories etc including oval or cylindrical shape as required on site complete all as specified anddirected. 25 S&F in repair PVC insulated flexible copper conductor cable 3 core of size 2.5 Sqmm (ISI marked), 1100 Volts, complete, complete all as specified and directed. 26 M&L for removal of blockage, choke ups of geyser of any capacity by removal of soild particles, corrosion/florides etc from the inlet/outlet/appratus plate complete with cleaning agent and testing including taking down geyser and refixing the sameat original position all as directed by Engineer-in-charge. 27 Taking down unserviceable geyser from existing place and deposite to MES E/M store and fixing only Geyser (water storage type) of capacity 25/50 litre vertical type including S&F ‘Anchor’ type /fastener type bolts & nuts (Set of 4 bolts of 10mm dia 150mm long with nuts &washers) into the wall grouted properly to hold the geyser and making good the disturbed surface as original all as per manufacturer’s instructions & as directed. 28 labour only for assembling all parts of geyser in a single body including outer cover and testing after assembling complete all as specified and directed 29 M&L for dismantling of unsv solar complete of any capacity with all connecting accessories and safely deposit to MES storeall as specified and directed. 30 S&F in repairs solar collector (Tube type) suitable for solar water heating system 200 LPD complete with collector box, absorber, sheet for absorber, collector box insulation, gasket, grommets and all other required connecting accessories and testing after completion all as specified and directed. 31 S&F in repairs solar collector (Tube type) suitable for solar water heating system 100 LPD complete with collector box, absorber, sheet for absorber, collector box insulation, gasket, grommets and all other required connecting accessories and testing after completion complete all as specified and directed. 32 M&L for PCC (1:3:6) type C1 using 40mm grade stone aggregate in foundation and mass concrete including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed by Engg in charge. 33 Material & labour for framed work, fabricated from structural steel sections including welding, bending, cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size and as indicated or directed having MS angle on top for placing the collector panels/ water tank/supporting hot water pipes /ladders for approch etcinclusive of two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer and fixing in walls/roof etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: Cost of taking down/dismantling is deemed to be included in quoted rates by contractor. 34 Servicing of complete solar flat plate collector/tube type collector. The detail scope of work consists of the following(i) Cleaning of solar flat plate collector with detergent and after that with coline solution and removing all type of grease/mud etc and cleaned as per direction.(ii) Cleaning of complete copper tubing system of solar flate plate collector incl necessary brazing welding if required/repair to leakage and tested as per OEM direction. (iii) Cleaning of hot water MS tank with cleaning agent and necessary gas welding/brazing if required to stope minor leakage. Note: Hose pipe clamps, nut, bolt, washer etc for replacement shall be measured and paid seprately under relevent item of this schedule. 35 Supply and fix in repair hose pipe clamps as per existing provncomplete all as specified and directed. 36 Supply and fix in repair Nut, M6 (Stainless steel) as per matching/ existing complete all as specified and directed. 37 Supply and fix in repair Bolt, M6 x 25, Hex Head (Stainless steel) as per matching/ existing complete all as specified and directed. 38 Supply and fix in repair washers, M6 x 25, Hex Head (Stainless steel) as per matching/ existing complete all as specified and directed. 39 Supply and fix in repairCollector Screws (Stainless Steel.) as per matching/ existing complete all as specified and directed. 40 Supply and fix in repair flat plate collector Gasket as per matching/ existing complete all as specified and directed. 41 S&F providing Glass wool insulation with cup wire mesh 100mm thick insulated covered by cladding of aluminium sheet 24 SWG on warm GI water line of 15/20mm size incl taking down old unserviceable material complete all as specified & as directed. 42 S&F in replacement of unserviceable 3KW heating element cum thermostat including connecting with electrical connections, for solar water heater complete all as specified and as directed. 43 S&F in replacement of unserviceable 2KW heating element cum thermostat including connecting with electrical connections, for solar water heater complete all as specified and as directed. 44 Supply and fixing in replacement of old flat plate solar collectors toughned GLASS for 100/200 LPDas per matching existing type, including all fixing accessories complete all as specified and as directed. 45 Supply and fixing in replacement of old flat plate solar collectors frame BOX 100/200 LPD, including all fixing accessories complete all as specified and as directed. 46 Supply and fixing in replacement of old flat plate solar collectors copper tubes absorber 100/200 LPD, including all fixing accessories complete all as specified and as directed. 47 Supply and fixing in replacement of flat plate solar collectors of suitable 100/200 LPD complete puff insulated collector accessories complete all as specified and as directed. 48 Supply, Installation, testing and commissioningin replacement of insulated hot water storage tank of stainless steel SS 304 tank 100 ltr 3 mm thick capacity heat exchanger type duly 100mm thick glass wool insulated covered by cladding of aluminium sheet 24 SWG including connecting all GI connections to the new SS tank with collector panels and MS stand of suitable thickness including heat exchanger water pot mounted on the top including taking out old U/S one complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.Make: Surya shakti India Pvt Ltd or equivalent ISI marked. (Note:Two runs of cable with one run of earth wire shouldmeasured as one length) 58 Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of solar water heating system suitable for inlet water with chlorine and fluoride content up to 100 PPM and comprising of solar flat plate collector ,collector stand assembly, stainless steel insulated hot water storage tank with heat exchanger of 200 liters per day capacitywith electric back up ,with collector A size aluminium box collector including solar flat plate collector,cover plate,hot water storage tank of 200 ltr incl stand of more than 10 feet height with MS frame and incl electrical backup of 3 KW heating element complete all as specified and directed 59 Taking down ceiling fan, any sweep including disconnection of electric connection and dismantling the blades and transporting and depositing to AGE E/M store yard for repair, maintenance, servicing, paintings etc. complete all as specified and as directed. 60 Collecting repaired, reconditioned, rectified etc. ceiling fan at AGE E/M store yard and transporting to the site and hanging ceiling fan and connecting up including provision of cable from ceiling rose, connectors to fan complete all as specified and as directed. 61 Taking down exhaust fan, any sweep including disconnection of electric connection and dismantling the blades and transporting and depositing to AGE E/M store yard for repair, maintenance, servicing, paintings etc. complete all as specified and as directed. 62 Collecting repaired, reconditioned, rectified etc. exhaust fan at AGE E/M store yard and transporting to the site and hanging exhaust fan and connecting up including provision of cable from ceiling rose, connectors to fan complete all as specified and as directed. 63 Taking down wall mounting fan, any sweep including disconnection of electric connection and dismantling the blades and transporting and depositing to AGE E/M store yard for repair, maintenance, servicing, paintings etc. complete all as specified and as directed. 64 Collecting repaired, reconditioned, rectified etc. wall mounting fan at AGE E/M store yard and transporting to the site and hanging wall mounting fan and connecting up including provision of cable from ceiling rose, connectors to fan complete all as specified and as directed. 65 Disassembling carefully ceiling fan (any make) of 1200 mm sweep and M & L for rewinding, overhauling and servicing of ceiling fan 230 volt, 50 Hz, AC by taking out existing stator, removing of burnt winding from stator and rewinding the same with new super enamelled copper wire of suitable size / gauge having class A insulation and weight not less than 275 gms including varnishing of winding, oiling of bushes, including lathe work and greasing of bearings repair the fan including necessary minor spares/items like PVC insulated copper wire of required size, screws, nuts, bolts, spring washer etc and reassembling, cleaning and testing complete all as specified and as directed.
