Prequalifications are invited for Guesthouse Refreshments & Hospitality: Bottled Water, Juices, Tea, Coffee, Sugar, Snacks GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS 3.1. Submission Compliance. Applicants must complete the Prequalification Questionnaire available online in full. All fields are mandatory unless stated otherwise. If a particular item does not apply, mark it clearly as N/A. 3.2. Procurement Category Identification. Clearly select from the online form, the correct procurement category and reference code applied for, as listed in the official prequalification notice (e.g., TROC/PQ/001/20252028). A separate form must be completed online for each category of interest. 3.3. Completeness of Submission. Submissions will be assessed for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with all instructions. Failure to provide all required documentation or submission of incorrect/inconsistent information may result in immediate disqualification. 3.4. Language. All information must be provided in English. Where supporting documents are in another language, attach an official English translation. 3.5. Certification and Authorization. The completed questionnaire must be signed and stamped by a duly authorized representative (Director or Partner) of the applicant organization. Each page should be initialled and stamped, with the final page fully signed and dated. 4. IMPORTANT NOTES FOR APPLICANTS. 4.1. Submission Deadline and Format All prequalification applications must be submitted online on the following Microsoft Forms Link: https://forms.office.com/e/nVMFYWjTRq and complete bids with all required documents sent electronically by 4:00 PM (EAT) on 30th of September 2025. Applications received after the deadline will be automatically disqualified. Once the online questionnaire is filled, completed and submitted, all supporting documents as one SINGLE PDF attachment (Win zipped) must be sent via email to:tenders@trocaire.org.
