Consisting Of:- Sealing The Roofing,- Repair And Partial Replacement Of Flashings,- Repair And Replacement Of Gutter Sections, Belts Above And Grating,- Repair And Replacement Of Trigger Pipes Sections,- Roofing Fringing,- Sealing Of Chimneys,- Replacement Of Flapping Elements,- Removing Ice And Snow Overhangs And Removal Of Ice-Wing And Snow Overhangs, Sopla From Roofs,- Removing Snow From Roofs,- Putting On Tapes With Spikes Against Birds,- Reporting The Contracting Authority The Needs Of Performing The Necessary Major Repairs,- Other Works Requiring Roofing Intervention As Part Of Maintenance And Current Repair. B/ The Necessary Materials And Equipment To Perform The Subject Of The Contract Are Provided By The Contractor. C/ All Repairs And Replacement Of Damaged Equipment Elements (Parts, Etc.) Not Included In The Pre -City (Forecasted Statement Of Expenditure For Roofing Maintenance - Annex No. 1A To Swz), As Well As Performing Activities Not Covered By The Scope Of The Contract, They Can Be Carried Out By The Contractor Only After Submitting Such A Necessity To The Ordering Party, Presenting Contractor Of The Price Calculation And With The Prior Written Consent Of The Ordering Party.
