The Project Envisages The Reconstruction Of A Basketball Court And Playgrounds In The Schoolyard. The Aim Is To Renovate And Update The Flooring, Sports Content And Furnishings Within Their Current Contours. The Schoolyard Of 117 Sofia University St. St. Cyril And Methodius - A Branch In Seslavtsi Quarter Consists Of Green Spaces And Durable Pavements. The Flooring Covers The Area With Sports Fields And The Small School Platt, As Well As The Pedestrian Approaches. Some Of The Approaches Are Solved With Sidewalk Concrete Slabs, But Most Of The Yard Has Asphalt Pavement. The Playgrounds In The Yard Are Used To Conduct Basketball, Volleyball And Football Sports. The Flooring Of The Playgrounds Is Seriously Depreciated, Cracked And Uneven And Cannot Fully (And Safely) Perform Its Functions. Apart From That, The Sports Marking Has Been Deleted Or Faded, And In Places It Is Missing At All. The Playgrounds And Playing Fields Are Spontaneously Drawn, Without Taking Into Account The Standards Of Sports Fields And Their Contemporary Design. The Furnishings Of Sports Fields Are Scarce, Largely Homemade, Old And Dangerous. In Conclusion, It Can Be Said That The Condition Of The Sports Base In The Schoolyard Is Of Impaired Quality And Strongly Does Not Meet The Modern Ideas And Standards For A Comfortable And Safe School (Including Sports) Environment. The Project Was Developed As A Whole, At Two Separate Stages - Stage 1 And Stage 2, Which Should Be Implemented Sequentially One After The Other With Funding Provided. Stages Include The Following Activities: Stage 1: Construction Of A Basketball Court, Incl. An Outline Of Reinforced Concrete Wall, Application Of Acrylic Sports Flooring, Installation Of A Safety Fence And Lighting. Stage 2: Construction Of Sports Grounds-For Street Fitness, Chess And Table Tennis, Laying Of Concrete Pavement Slabs And Shock Absorbing Flooring; Outdoor Fitness Furniture, Concrete Chess Tables And Concrete Tables For Tennis; Construction Of A Small Retaining Wall And A Staircase To Access The Low Green Yard; Restoration Of Disturbed Green Areas And Planting Ornamental Vegetation;
