The Contracting Authority Expects The Successful Tenderer To Provide A Technically Reliable, Safe And Energy -Efficient Solution That Will Allow The Skating Rink To Function Smoothly Throughout The Season. The Description And The Technical Requirements Of The Subject Of The Contract Are Listed Below. The Bidder Can Only Make An Offer For The Whole Of The Tendered Works, The Variant Offers Will Not Be Taken Into Account!
