The Description Customer Wishes To Enter Into A Framework Agreement On The Delivery Of Electronic Locks With Associated Accessories And Materials. (Including Key Boxes And Relay For Door Phone Control). The Locks Should Be Managed By A Separate System Solution For The Administration And Management Of Electronic Locks, Delivered As A Service Over The Internet (Software As A Service Deliveries). This Part Of The Need Is Acquired In A Separate Process. The Equipment Acquired Under This Framework Agreement Must Therefore Be Managed By A System Provided By A Third Party.
