Work Of This Contract Includes The Earthworks Construction Of The Compost Pad Expansion Including Roads, Approaches, Drainage Ditching, Berms, Compost Pad Subgrade, Geotextile, Recycled Concrete Aggregate Road Surfacing, And A Hdpe Geomembrane Lined Process Water Pond. This Section Is Not Prescriptive, And The Contractor Shall Still Be Governed By The Work Described In The Various Contract Documents, Specifications And The Drawings.
