Tenders are invited for Hire a Legal Expert Qualified and legally registered individuals and companies are invited to participate in this competition by obtaining a certified copy of the price offer documents by visiting the Associations office any day from Monday to Thursday from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM, at the following address: Palestine, Ramallah, Al-Masyoun, Legislative Roundabout, Sabat Building (next to Wasil Building), second floor , or Bethlehem Al-Dheisheh, Jerusalem-Hebron Street opposite Abu Diaa Supermarket at the new traffic light or by email procurement@rwds.ps . GENERAL CONDITIONS · The prices quoted are inclusive of value-added tax, as the project is not tax-exempt from the Palestinian Ministry of Finance . This requires the successful bidder to issue an invoice and deduct the source tax. · The Rural Women Development Association is not obligated to award the contract with the lowest bid . · Quotations that are incomplete, do not meet the minimum terms and requirements, or are received after the specified deadline will be rejected. · The receipt and delivery of quotations must be documented in the official receipt and delivery records at the associations headquarters . · The publication and advertising fees for this tender are covered by the company that wins the tender. · A bid bond must be submitted in the amount of at least (5)% of the value of the submitted bid . · The Rural Women Development Association reserves the right to divide the tender, cancel it, or cancel some of its items without giving reasons.
