Tender For Provision Of Weather Shed Near Testing Hall, Misc Br Works And Tensile Entrance For Admin Building At 5 Afsb Under Ge (Af) Borjhar.; 1 Demolition of plain cement concrete in ground floor and pavings not exc 15 cm thick (below or above ground level) unreinforced of any description,complete all as specified & directed. 2 Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/ Loose soil. 3 M & L for PCC 1:2:4 type B2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge. 4 S&F for Roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc.of I. S.1161-1979 grade St.-240 complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge. 5 M & L for MS plates, plain or chequered, cut to shape, hole drilled & welding with connected members complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge. 6 M & L for two coats of synthetic enamel painting over a coat of red oxide primer to iron & steel surfaces exe 10 cm width & girth incl preparation of surface complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge. 7 Removing excavated material n exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge. 8 S&F 0.50 mm thick pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet "colour" having tensile strengthof 550Mpaas in roof covering/ cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws and bituminous washers as in roof complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge. 9 S&F 0.50 mm thick pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet "colour" having tensile strengthof 550Mpaas in roof covering / ridging/ cladding/ valley gutters/eaves gutter to wall, fixed with self tapping screws and bituminous washers as in roof complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge. 10 S&F PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to steel post incl all accessories with 110mm bore complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge. 11 S&F PVC (SWR) bends of any radius 110mm bore complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge. 12 S&F Bands, straps, supports or stays for rain water, ventilating pipes, including bolts, if required: hooks (stay), heavy for large gates; hook and pintle hinges: large hasps and staples; chains; hand made sliding bolts; clamps; hold fasts; wall ties; hooks forhanging fans; plain angle cleats for securing purlins to wood trusses or rafters; knee piece inserts; two way and three way straps, plate washers and similar small articles conforming to Fe-290 Gde-E-165 complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge. 13 S&F Stop ends (for spigot or socket ends) or nozzles of 100mm dia complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge. 14 S&F Drop ends (for spigot or socket ends) or nozzles of 100mm dia complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge. 15 Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each not exc 0.50 cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exc 25cm, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance not exc 50 mtr and making good surface in soft/ loose soil. 16 M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (40mm grade aggregate) in foundation filling and mass concrete etc complete. 17 S&F for MS work angle iron as in fencing post, struts incl cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire etc. flat iron fillets (for securing wire mess) incl all necessary drilling bolting or reveting etc and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165etc complete. 18 Supply only for mild steel TMT bars as in straining bars of size 10mm dia etc complete all as specified and directed. 19 S&F of MS flat iron, round or square bars conforming to Grade E-165 (Fe- 290) for fixing chain link fencing, all as directed. 20 S&F for mild steel screw bolts,purpose made with hexagonal or square head at one end and screwed the other end or each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut dia exc 5cm but not exc 10mm, dia meter of the neck 9 in 11to 15mm all as specified and directed. 21 S&F galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia, barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails, straining bolts, including securing or tying at crossing with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins etc complete all as specified and directed. 22 Supply only mild steel galvanised chain link fencing of size or type complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. 23 Fixing only chain link fencing including line wire, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, bars etc. including provision of binding wire compete all as specified and as directed. 24 M&L for Brick work with sub class "B" bricks using old size bricks straight or curved on plan on any radious in half brick thick wall built in CM (1:4) etc complete all as specified and directed. 25 M&L for 15mm thick rendering CM 1:4 on other than fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces of external walls finished even and fair complete all as specified and directed. 26 M&L for PCC (1:4:8) type D2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as infoundation and mass concrete complete all as specified & directed. 27 Framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc. complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering.
