Refurbishing And Renovation Work Of Conference Room At Jbnsts- 1 Dismantling & Demolishing Works : Washing and cleaning with soap water and rubbing with oil cloth in all types of floor and dado. 2 Taking out shutter of door and window, dismantling by parts (for repair or replacement of damaged parts) , reassembling and refitting and rehanging same with old fittings but with new screws as necessary. 3 Providing & Applying polymer modified, flexible cementatious negative side waterproofing coating with elastic waterproofing polymers on interior wall plaster surface in three coats @14.35 kg /10 sqm. one coat of self priming of cementatious waterproofing polymer(dilution with water in the ratio of 1:1) and two coats of cementatious waterproofing polymer(dilutionwith water in the ratio of 3:1 ) after scrapping and properly cleaning the surface to remove pre-existing paint film & loose particles till plaster is visible, complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge. 4 Removing old paint from blistered painted surface of steel or other metal by chipping including scraping and cleaning and exposing the original surface 5 Wooden Wall Panelling Works : Supplying, fitting and fixing boiling water proof ply conforming to IS: 710-1977 bonded with phenol formaldehyde synthetic resin conforming to IS: 848-1974 of approved make and brand fitted and fixed as per design as per approval and direction of Engineer-in-Charge. [excluding the cost of supporting frame work and teak wood batten/Lipping]. 12 mm thick. 6 Wooden Wall Panelling Works : Supplying, fitting and fixing boiling water proof ply conforming to IS: 710-1977 bonded with phenol formaldehyde synthetic resin conforming to IS: 848-1974 of approved make and brand fitted and fixed as per design as per approval and direction of Engineer-in-Charge. [excluding the cost of supporting frame work and teak wood batten/Lipping]. 19 mm thick. 7 Supplying fitting, fixing decorative lamination conforming to IS: 2046 : 1995 as per approved make, brand, finish and thickness with fitting, fixing the same on Particle/MDF / Ply Boards with recommended / approved adhesive with proper clipping the sides for better attachment as per direction of Engineer-incharge. The rate includes the cost of labour, adhesive and all incidental charges thereof. In ground floor. Glossy/Matt/Suede excluding surface texture or metallic lustre. Thickness of laminate 1mm 8 Supplying fitting, fixing fluted wooded wall panelling over wooden frame srtucture backing. Top finished is PU paint . The panelling is fixed with necessary screews, or others tool . The complete work is done as per direction of Engineer-incharge. In ground floor. 9 Soft Board Wall Panelling Works : Supplying, fitting and fixing 12 mm thk Soft Board with cloth covering panel works are fixed on existing wooden panel . Soft Board is fixed own frame structure. Size and colour is as per architectural drawing or concern authority. The complete work is done as per direction in Engineer in charge. 10 WoodenWorks ( Cabinet, Partition, Rib, Post etc.) : Wooden Cabinet : Making a wooden Cabinet size2400 x 400x 750 with 19mm boiling water proof ply conforming to IS: 710-1977 bonded with phenol formaldehyde synthetic resin conforming to IS: 848-1974 of approved make. Top finished is done with 1.5mm thick decorative laminate conforming to IS: 2046 : 1995 as per approved make, brand. The Cabinet is fitted and fixed with necessary screews, gum and fitting fixtures . The design of cabinet is as per architectural design . The complete works is done as perEngineer-in-Charge. [The labour, transportation , fitting fixture , eletricity etc. are included in the rate.) 11 Labour Charges for demolishing oflaminate of conference table & all Doors . 12 False Ceiling Works : M.F. suspended ceiling made with 12.5 mm thick Gypsum plaster board including G.I. perimeter channel of 0.55 mm flush (having two flanges 20 mm and 30 mm respectively and web 27 mm ) along with perimeter of ceiling with G.I.intermediate channel of 0.9 mm thick size 45 mmx15mm placed at 750 mm c/c with G.I. ceiling angle of size 25 mmx10mmx0.55 mm thick fixed to the ceiling with G.I. The seat & back should be made up of 10-13 mm thick hot pressed plywood and moulded PU foam and should be upholstered with synthetic leather.The armrest top should be moulded from polyurethane (PU) and should be height adjustable(6+/-.5 cm) type. The chair should have 360 degre revolving facility, synchronized tilting mechanism,continoous adjustable lumbar support, multi point tilt locking features.
