Tenders Are Invited For Thermomodernization Of Public Buildings Consisting Of Two Tasks in Poland

Task No. 1. Thermo -Modernization Of The Building Of Primary School No. 1 In Ząbkowice Śląskie Based On Pfu - Improving Energy Efficiency Through Thermomodernization Of The Building Of Primary School No. 1 In Ząbkowice Śląskie For All Construction Works Planned In Pfu. Formal And Legal Documents And About Which Robots Require Obtaining A Building Permit And Which Are Exempt From The Obligation To Obtain It And To Which There Is An Obligation To Submit Works. The Contractor Will In Particular Obtain All Agreements Required In Accordance With Polish Law, Opinions And Administrative Decisions Necessary To Perform Construction Works, Launch And Transfer The Object For Operation. The Contractor Of The Task Is Also Obliged On Behalf Of The Ordering Party To: • Make A Local Vision Of The Facility, Assessment Of The Technical Condition And Inventory Of The Electrical And Heating System To The Extent Necessary For Modernization, • Order To Perform The Map For Design Purposes, • Obtaining Agreement With The Voivodship Conservator Of Monuments, • Obtaining Arrangements With Network Managers, • Order To Exercise The Technical Condition Of A Person With Relevant Rights With The Contracting Authority Concepts Of All Material Solutions As Well As Types And Types Of Devices (Written Acceptance Of The Contracting Authority Required), • Submitting A Complete Application For A Building Permit Or Notification Of Construction Works And Obtaining And Obtaining, And Obtaining, Appropriate For The Application, Valid Consent To Start Construction Works, If Necessary, • Performing Construction And Completion Works, • Construction, Dismantled Devices (After Determining With The Employer) For A Licensed Municipal Dump, • Delivery And Installation Of All Necessary Devices And Equipment, • Acceptance, Start And Service Training, • Preparing All Protocols Necessary To Report The Completion Of Construction Works In The Building Supervision Inspectorate Or, Possibly Obtaining A Permit For The Use Of The Object In Accordance With The Law In Accordance With Applicable Law Construction, • After Construction Works To Perform And Deliver As -Built Documentation To The Employer And The Energy Characteristics Certificate. In Addition, The Contractor Is Obliged To: • Draw Up The Land Development Plan On The Current Map For Design Purposes Adopted To The State Geodetic And Cartographic Resource In The Extent Necessary To Obtain A Decision On Building Permit Or Reporting. As -Built Inventory • Developing A Constructor Opinion Regarding The Strength Of The Roof, Ceiling And Load -Bearing Walls • Developing A Schedule Of Planned Power Off. • After Completing Construction Works, To Perform And Provide The Employer As -Built Documentation And The Energy Characteristics Certificate.
