PQC laid spread and compacted including curing and timing by texturing cum curing machine complete all as specified and as directed. 18 Providing and laying Dry Lean Concrete (DLC) 250 mm thick of aggregate gradation as per Table 1 of SP 49:2014 having 7 day average compressive strength not less than 7 Mpa minimum cement content not less than 140 Kg/Cum DLC mixed in batching Plant, transported to site and laid by electron IC sensor paver including spreading and compacting using high amplitude tamping bars of paver (initial compaction) further by double drum smooth wheeled vibratory rollers with 80-100 KN static weight to achieve minimum dry density not less than 98% of maximum dry density, necessary finishing etc complete all as specified and tolerances to be as per Table 900-1 of MoRTH specifisctions for road and bridge works 2013. 19 Excevation over area n.exc 1.5 m deep and getting out any type of soil complete all as directed. 20 Add for each additional 1.5 m or part thereof in deepth beyond the first 1.5 m and geeting out any type of soil complete all as directed . 21 Material and labour for forming dummy joint of 115 mm depth of slab and 3mm wide initial cut of 8 mm wide x 25 mm deep (using diamond cutter) providing backup rod 10mm dia and sealed with polyurethane sealant (min depth of sealant 12mm upto a depth of 30 mm beyond 30 mm depth and remaining full depth of 85 mm the joint size will be 3 mm wide cut with diamond cutter) complying with BS 5212, BS 4254, and EN 41875-2003, priming the sides min MAF+ 30% with ten year performance guarantee and applying masking pendentsregulators sockets, light fittingsetc removing materials to store for taking credit and making good disturbed surfaces of walls floors etc all sspecified and directed by Engr in charge. 24 Material and Labour forflame proof point wiring with 1.5 Sqmm (nominal area) two single core PVC insulated unsheathed multi stranded copper conductor cable 1100 volts grade, FRLSH grade in and including In stove enamelled steel concealed conduit and conduit fittings and all accessoriesalongwith contineous earth wire PVC insulated, unsheathed, multi stranded copper conductor cable 1.5 sqmm (nominal area) FRLSH grade, green colour, up to common earth and connected to earth dolly for one light / Fan point controlled by one flame proof rotary switch SP one waycompete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge 25 All as per ser item No 24 here-in-before but using 2.5 sqmm PVC insulated and unsheathed FRLSHcopper conductor single core multi stranded flexible coppercable 1100V of connected to common earth and earth dolly complete all as specified and directed. 26 All as per ser item No 24 here-in-before but for 16 Amp socket outlets point controlled by one switch on Independent socket outletusing 4.0 sqmm PVC insulated and unsheathed FRLSHcopper conductor single core multi stranded flexible coppercable 1100V of approved colour code as per IS code forphase andneutral along with PVC insulated and unsheathed FRLSH 4.0 sqmm multi stranded copper unsheathed cable 1100V (green color) as continuous earthlead wire connected to common earth and earth dolly complete all as specified and directed. 27 Material and Labour for nswitch flame proof rotary type with termination box in LM 6, 16 Amp , single pole 250 Volts complete all as specified and as directed . 28 Supply and fiixingFlame proof, weather proof switch socket with plug combined in LM6, 16 Amps, Termination box in LM6, 16 Amp 250Volts, 2 pin, and earth plug , , fully interlocked as per IS-2147/62 alluminium alloy/ cast iron neoprene gasket degree of protection IP 65 complete including removal of normal old fitting and completed all as specified and as directed. 29 Supply and fiixing Flame proof, weather proof switch socket with plug combined in LM6, 16 Amps, Termination box in LM6, 25 Amp 415Volts,TPN, 2 Pin and earth earth plug, fully interlocked as per IS-2147/62 alluminium alloy/ cast iron neoprene gasket degree of protection IP 65 with ISI marked including removal of normal old fitting and completed all as specified and as directed. 30 Supply and fiixing flame proof intergral well glass LED light fitting suitable for 60 Watt LED light and made of cast alluminium alloy LM6 housing with epoxy finish, heat resistent and toughent glass enclosures Type A ingress protection IP 65 and certified by CMRI with ISI marked and electricall connection up including removal old light fitting complete all as specified and as directed. 31 S&F Flame proof, weather proof distribution box, 4 module, 230V, 50Hz IP-65 & IK-09 Class-II weather cabinets door and cabinet fully reversible, Removable chassies and faceplates, including weatherproof glands, rails etc make Legrand or Curve Qty-01 No ( incoming), MCB SP 16A 230V Qty-04 Nos (outgoing) 50Hz, C Curve and blanking plates if required complete all as specified and directed. 32 Material and Labour for earthing complete with galvanised steel plate electrode 600mmx600mmx6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 Mtr deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.50 Mtrs below ground level connected to glavanised earth lead wire 4.0 mm dia by means of bolts, nuts check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steelearth wire protected by provision of GI medium grade pipe 15mm bore including provision of concrete pit made with 40mm thick cover of RCC 1:2:4 reinforced with6mm dia M.S. round bar placed 75mm c/c and handle of 10mm dia, MS bar made to shape, GI medium grade 20 mm bore pipe for watering perforated at bottom, 1.75 meter long placed on top edge of earth plate, common salt & charcoal filling, funnel, wire mesh and earth work not exceeding 50 screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cable(heavy duty) with stranded aluminium condutor, 1100 volts grade cross sectional area 35 sqmm, 3.5 core all as directed. 35 Supply and fixing flame proof weather proof 18 wall mounted fan 0.25HP, single phase including suitable bracked for mounting fan complete all as specified and directed. 36 Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5m wide and n.exc 1.5m deep and getting out in soft soil for laying of cable completeall as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. 37 M&L Removal of excavated soil to a distance n.exc 50 m anddepositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 mtr above the ground level/starting point compalete all as specifiedand directed. 38 M&L for Sand cushioningto the under groundelectric cable as per SSR Part I2009 clause19.75complete all asspecifiedand directed by Engr in Charge. 39 Supply and laying ofcommon brunt clay bricks , size 230mm x 115mm x 75mm , laid flat complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 40 Supply and fixing of DWC HDPE tubing 40 mm including all fitting/ fixures such as Tee/ Elbow / Socket / Nipple etc Conforming to IS16205 bore for laying cable, cut to size and making the tubing for cable protection along with drawn in cable into the HDPE tubing on the surface/ on the wall/ along drainage etc cutting of road etc cutting of PCC and making the good surface complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.Note : (a) The using of GI Clamp in the wall/ drainage etc rate are deemed to be included in the quoted rate and nothing shall extra paid to contractor.
