Tender For Special Repair To Misc Equipments At Lekhapni Mil Station Under Ge Dinjan No 2; 1 Supplying, installing, connecting, testing & commissioning oftransformer of capacity 250 KVA (energy efficient level 3), outdoor type, weather proof, floor mounted 11 KV on HT side and 433 volts on LT side at no load step down 3 phase 50 c/s AC double wound ( copper) oil immersed naturally cooled with external cooling tubes core type. Transformer with off load tapping on HT side to vary secondary voltage ± 7.5% in steps of ± 2.5%.The transformer shall confirm with the requirement ofIS-1180 (Part-I) :2014 and IS 2026, subsequently amended upto date and oil shall confirm to IS-335, 1993. The temp rise shall not exceed 55 degeree centigrade in winding and 45 degree centrigrade in oil when measured by the resistance method after continous full load run and on ambient temp of 48 degree centigrade, copper wound specified and as directed. The transformer shall be complete with the following :-(a) HV Bushing of suitable size. (b) LV glands and cable box of suitable size. (c). Oil conservator with fully cap & drain valve (d) Dehydrating breather with first fill of dehydrating agent & oil seal. (e ). Themometer pocket with themometer dial of suitable size. (f). Two earthing terminals on tank and take cover with lugs to suit 32x6 mm GI strip. (g). Rating plate & diagram plate. (h). Terminal marking plate. (j). Four plain rollers. (k). Oil filter plig with connection complete. (l). Extra bushing for neutral outside the cable box for providing independent earthing. (m) oil filling hole with cap. (n). First filling of oil. (o). One cable box on LV side with one cable gland suitable for reception of 01 No 3.5 core upto 300 Sqmm LT cable all as per manufacturer"s instructions and as specified and as directed.Note:-The quoted rates shall include the cost of construction of hard standing/ foundation of suitable size for mounting of transformer as per manufacturer instructions and as directed. 2 Supply, installation and commissioning of Deisel Generator set of Capacity 5 KVA single phase, 230 volts, 50 HZ, power factor not less than 0.8 complete with diesel engine 1500/3000 RPM as per OEM standards. Alternator, Electric Control Panel, EMF Panel and Acoustic Enclosure confirming to the specification given below. Diesel engine and alternator shall be closely coupled as per OEM standard and mounted on a base plate of robust in construction. (i) ENGINE(Prime Mover): Diesel Engine 1500/3000 RPM , direct injection, multi cylinders, four stroke, (radiator) water / air cooled as per OEM standard, turbo charged, capable of giving adequate BHP to drive Alternator capable of delivering4 KW(5 KVA) atoutdoor atmospheric conditions at Lekhapani, (Taking all derating factor into consideration),12/24 Volt (as per manufacturer recommendations) electric battery start incl suitable size battery, complete withy fly wheel all standard fittings/fixtures as per manufacturer and including suitable panel with tachometer, lub oil temperature, pressure gauge and frequency meters and also including self starter system, dynamo, fuel electric control panel with electronic governor (ECPG) and Engine protection system (Shut down, low lub oil, oil pressure, over speed etc) fuel tank and first fill of lub oil and other consumables etc .(ii) Alternator: Brushless AC alternator, single Phase, 230 Volt, 50 Hz rated for output of 4 KW(5 KVA), Minimum power factor 0.8, 1500/ 3000 RPM, IP 23 Protection class enclosure, insulation Class "F/H", salient pole, revolving field, sealed bearing automatic voltage regulator coupled through flexible coupling with and to match the above engine :- (iii) BASE PLATE: made out of structural steel as per manufacturers recommended design/specifications.(iv) ACOUSTIC ENCLOSURE: Sheet metal fabricated cope type silent enclosure manufactured on CNC machines as per CPCB norms and powder coated after seven tank process, the enclosure shall be designed for reducing the sound level to 75 DB (A) at a distance of 1 M at 75 % load under field condition .(v) Foundation/Plinth/Base: Shall be provided as per manufacturers recommendations, however minimum 0.5 m Space should be available all around the Set and height of plinth shall not be less than 0.5 M(vi)Diesel storage tank of capacity adequate for storage of diesel as per manufacturer specification.(vii) AMF Panel: - Microprocessor / Relay based pedestal mounted indoor use AMF control panel of suitable rating made up of 3 mm thick CRCA Sheet steel enclosure duly painted with power coated double contactor type for mains and alternator with necessary aluminum bas bar for sigle phase system incl necessary relays, timer, fuses, interconnection copper cabling work incl fixing on floors by grouting, PCC work complete.(a) MCB of suitable rating with short circuit protections-1 No (b) Digital multifunction meter of suitable size to measure current, voltage, KW,frequency and power factor with built in selector switch and programmable CT ratio.
