Tender For Repair/Maintenance Of Swimming Pool And Different Sewage Station And Certain Misc Work Under Ge Gwalior; 1 Repair/Periodical maintenance of Swimming Pool of size 35 mtr long, 15 mtr wide with variable depth between 1.2 to 2.5mtr (Average depth 1.5 m)having total water capacity approx 10,00,000 ltrs The maintenance shall be carried out during term break or any other dates given by the User / Department. Repair/Periodical maintenance of Swimming pool comprises with the following works services complete all as specified and directed :-a)De-watering of water from swimming pool bed includingbalancing chamber of swimming pool completely(approx Qty 10Lac ltr) by installed pump at swimming pool.b)Cleaning of Swimming pool bed, vertical walls complete (tilled surfaces) manually by using brushes,with chemicals and other acid"s cleaning agent without damaging the existing tiles. Finally washing total surfaces with fresh water and make ready for fill up with water.c)Cleaning of balancing chamber by using mud pump, removing deposited silt from bottom of chamber, cleaning all vertical walls, removing elegies and finally washing with fresh water and make ready for fill up with water. Note :- After carry out of maintenance water shall be re-filledand to be made ready for swimming/tiles cleaning and cleaning material paid separately. 2 Taking out old existing/damagecable of any make / any sizecomplete all as specified and directed. 3 Supply and fix electric submersible water proof Cable for pool Lighting System, unarmored PVC FRLS multi stranded copper cable including heavy duty PVC conduit in concealed system with all fixing accessories ofthree runs of single core of 10.0 sqmm copper cables. and including taking out old unserviceable cable complete all as specified & directed. 4 Taking out carefully old media filter layer by layer and depositing to MES Age em yard including removing all connection from old existing media filter line. 5 M&L for MS filteration tank plant internal overhauling and replacement of media filter with new media media filter required in different size for filteration plant with minimum quantity of 6000 kgand PVC strainer / nozzle replacement / and all connected and including work including ready to use condition without any damage with complete of all requiredcomplete all as specified and directed. 6 Supply for providing and adding/mixing to maintain water quality T.C.C.A. 90 (JAPAN) CHLORINATION GRANULES. 90% CHLORINE CONCENTRATIONPACKAGING: 50 KG. HDPE DRUM complete all as specified and directed. 12 M&L for Servicing Maintenance of Non Clogging/Mono Block Centrifugal pump set coupled with electrical motor AC of capacity 7.5 to 10 HP, three phase, from Sewage water discharge pump house and carrying out maintenance check along with following complete all as specified and directed :-(a) Dismantling of centrifugal pump set in presence of MES representative and display all the parts without damage any portion for inspection of Engr in Charge to ascertain the serviceability of existing parts. (b) Heating, varnishing to stator, rotor with super quality varnish and drying out properly. (c) Cleaning, washing and greasing of ball bearing complete. (d) Checking play of impeller and bushing of pump and repair/renewal of bushes, gland, sleeves etc. (e) Assembling of motor and pump with old serviceable parts and renewal of UNSV parts as ordered where necessary. (f) Installation of motor by making connections as per existing and testing on load complete. Note:- Anyrepair and renewal of parts like Shaft, Shaft Sleeve, bearing, gasket, gland packing, Nuts bolts washers etc and labour cost to be included in the quoted rates. NOTE :- Rewinding of motor if required shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate item of Sch 13 M&L for Rewinding of AC induction motor 7.5 to 10 HP Three phase dismanteled from sewage water/Fresh water discharge Centrifugal pump set complete, as per existing gauge/size/turns super enemalled copper winding wire complete all as specified and directed. 14 Supply and fix in renewal of fully automatic star delta starter oil immersed, suitable for 7.5 to 10 HP Centrifugal Pump Set motor 415 volts 50 Hzcomplete with contactor and suitable thermal relay complete all as specified and directed. 15 Supply and fix for renewal ofcoloum pipe in sewage water suction line, 100 mm bore Made out of Mild Steel (MS) with both ends screwed and fixed with flanged and holed drilled, groves cut for cables flanges 10 mm thick, welded to pipe with MS flats of size 20mm x 6mm thick and 150 mm length to flange and pipe(3 Nos) in each flanged side, renewal of nut bolts and 2 Nos of rubber gaskets. Complete all as specified and directed. 28 S&F tube "Light" grade galvanised Pipe of 50 mm dia with all fittingfor cable protection, laid in trenches, fixed to wall and floor by MS shaddle & fixed with pole, 02 position by MS clamp made of 40x5 mm MS flat, complete all as specified and directed. 29 S&F in renewal for 150 mm dia cast iron Butterfly valve , ISI Mark with MS spindle and iron wheel head with both ends flanged with new rubber gasket, bolts and nuts at any location complete all as specified and directed. 30 S&F in renewal for 100mm dia cast iron Butterfly valveISI Mark with MS spindle and iron wheel head with both ends flanged with new rubber gasket, bolts and nuts at any location complete all as specified and directed. 31 S&F in renewal for 80mm dia cast iron Butterfly valveISI Mark with MS spindle and iron wheel head with both ends flanged with new rubber gasket, bolts and nuts at any location complete all as specified and directed. 32 M&L for lifting defective OPENWELL submersible Motor / Pumpset with column pipes (any number) from borewell, setting aside and stacking column pipes for reuse & Motor/Pumpset for checking of repair work, Transportation defective Motor/ Pumpset to contractor workshop for rewinding/repairing & Back after repairing, Testing complete to bore well for lowering with column pipes in the borewell as existing with new nut, boltsand washer including rubber gasket 3 mm thickand making water and electrical connections as existing for running of pump motors complete all as directed.Note:- (i) T&P required for lifting and lowering for submersible pump set column pipe (any number) shall be provided by the contractor.(ii) Necessary safety precautions for workmen shall be the responsibility of the contractor. (iii) The pumping set after repair shall be lowered as per the manufacture specification. 33 M & L for carrying out following repairing works to OPENWELL submersible motor 3 phase , 415 volts 50 Hzof 7.5/10 HP capacity. (a) Dismantlingof motor complete, taking out warn-out / burnout winding wire complete and rewinding the motor with PVC insulated copper winding wire of appropriate gauge as per manufactures specifications and replacement of following parts and assembling the complete motor and install, testing and comnmissioning etc.(b) Cost is included for the repair/Replacement of Motor Parts (i) Thrust plate(ii)Gun metal bush set with brazing the motor and coupling (iii)Rubber water seal as per manufactures specification (iv)Required size of submersible copper cablefor connection (Not more than 10 RM) (Note :- rate for lifting and lowering of complete pump and column pipe will be measured as one job and paid seperately all as specified and directed by Engineer - in charge.
