labour for repair & rehabilitation of existing old damaged concrete surface of ceiling of any description as follows:- (i) Chipped offf the old damaged surfaces of structuralmember of wall/ceiling/coloums/ beams and remove the rust by passivating rust remover (Sika rurst off - 100) and applying one coat of anti corrosive treatment by zinc rich primer (Friazing R) (ii)application of two coat of sika slurry coating /Bond coat on surfaces with mixer of sika latex power: water cement in the ratio of 1:4:8 as per manufacturer instruction.
