(Up to fourth storey bldgs and including necessory formwork and scaffolding required as per site condition also taking down or dismantling as required at site. 14 M&L for capillary rise treatment of walls,Base coat: Berger HS Latex plus(or equivalent)Consumption base coat: 0.3 kg/m2 Second and Third coat: Latex sheild 2K(or equivalent) Consumption top coat: 3 kg/m2 System requirements: density: 2.00 kg/ltr; compressive strength: 0.5 N/mm2 complete all as specified and as directed. 15 M&L for water proof cement based putty @ 1kg (undiluted) Per Sqm of average thickness 1 mm over the plastered painted exterior wall surfaces of walls (upto 4th storey with necessary scaffolding ) with including prepartion of surfaces by scarpping to prepare the surface ,and sanding of the putty surfaces with mechanical wall sander (having mechanical vaccum mechanism ) having RPM not less than 1500 ,sanding pads of 240 Grit or above to make the surface free from dust etc by skilled llabour as per following steps:-Steps 1:- Mix the putty powder by adding water as per manufacture instructions and mix it with putty mixer with the mixing capacity of minimum 2.5 kg putty per minute.Step 2:- Apply the first coat of prepared mixer with the manually required help of fully automatic airless spary machine of putty application, finishing the surface even and smooth in level without any undulation.Step 3:- Allow 6 to 8 hour time to dry the putty surface, Apply the further more coat of preparaed mixer with the help of fully automatic airless spary machine of putty application, finishing the surface even and smooth in level without any undulation. 16 Material and labour for one coat of acrylic water based exterior grade primer @ 0.9 ltrs (undiluted) per 10 sqm diluted with water in 1.1 ratio to be applied with fully automatic airless spary machine of paint application with a flow speed of min 1 litres per mintues having a pressure of 3300 PSI and Allow 6 to 8 hours to dry surface for painting of subbsequent coats (walls up to 4th storey with necessary scaffolding)complete all as specified and as directed. 17 Materials and labour for water based preium acrylic smooth Interior emulison of approved colour with solicon additive excellent dirt pick up resistance with low VOC less than 50 Antifugal, Anti Algai properities in two coats @ 1.79 lites (undiluted) per 10 Sqm diluted with water as per manufacture instructions applied over priming surface in betn subsequent coats of paint (upto 4th storey with necessary scaffolding)complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.Note for Srl No to of BOQ :- The work for periodical servicesshall include the under mentioned aspects and the rates quoted by the bidder shall includes and the same & nothing extra shall be payable.(a) Work under Srl No 117 to 121of BOQ shall be carried out by the authorrised applicator of manufacture of water based premium acrylic smooth exterior emulison, contractor shall submit a triparty agreement MoU (betn contractor ,said manufactures of and their authorities Appicator ) on Non judicial stamp paper to GE and shall be approved by the GE before commecement of work at site. (b) Work under srl no 117 to 121 shall be carried out up to 4th storey height buildings and the necessary scaffolding , trestles ,ladders ,craddles & safety measures shall be arraged by the contractor for labour and their own & rates quoted by the contractor are inclusive of this aspect.(c) Removing of nails & making good holes, cracks etc. (d) Work in patches and in narrow /widths ,bands ,cornises ,plasters etc shall also be carried out and cutting in edge of line where ncessary. of old decorated brick/concrete/ plastered/unplastered surfaces of walls, Pillars, cornices etcby booming down with steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts, trading oil and greasy spots, rubbing with sand paper and applyingtwo coats of cement base paint on walls, pillars, cornice etc (upto 4th storey with necessary scaffolding)complete all as specified and as directed. 22 M&L for applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer on new steel surfaces of any description having width/girth exceeding 10 cmincluding preparation
