PROVN OF ALLIED E/M & W/S WORKS FOR BOREWELL AT BALNOI UNDER GE 881 EWS; 1 Supply, installation, lowering, commissioning &testingof submersible pump set multi stage with electric driven motor of capacity 17.5 HP, 3 phase, 415 Volt, 50 Hz, AC complete inclusive of starter complete all as specified and directed Engr-in-Charge. 2 Supplying and fixing water proof flat submersible copper conductor cable of size 6.0 sqmm (ISI marked), three core,1100 volts grade including nylon binding wire a/w complete accessories to clamp with column pipe, complete all as specified and directed Engr-in-Charge. 3 S&F double end flanged column Pipe, galvanised iron medium class of80 mm dia, including fittingsincluding all necessary accesseries, complete all as specified and directed Engr-in-Charge. 4 S&F Cast iron corrosion resistant Adaptor set heavy duty to securely connect the column pipe to submersible pump, complete all as specified and as directed by EIC. 5 S&F of mild steel bore cap of suitable size & seal to protect the borewell opening as per site requirement complete all as specified and directed 6 S&F of MS clamp of size 80mm, to hold & suspend the column pipe assembly, complete all as specified directed 7 S&F sluice valve cast iron both ends flanged class PN-1.6 of size 80mm bore conforming to IS-14846 with stainless steel spindle including joints & jointing materials (Rubber gasket, nut, bolts, washers etc), complete all as specified and directed. 8 S&F NRV (Non return valve)of size 80mm, conforming to IS 1538, ISI marked, with all fitting andcomplete all as specified and directed. 9 S&F Galvanised water tubing, medium grade, nominal dia80 mm, with all fittings & incl testing complete all as specified and as directed. 10 S&F gun metal stop valve/globe valve, 50 mm bore of pipe, with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe, complete all as specified and as directed. 11 S&F Galvanised water tubing, medium grade, nominal dia50 mm, with all fittings & incl testing complete all as specified and as directed. 12 Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.50 m wide and not exceeding 1.50 m depth for taking up or laying pipe in soft /loose soil and getting out, complete all as specified and directed. 13 Returning, filling in trenches including spreading, leveling, watering and ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm without damaging pipes, fittings etc complete all as specified & directed. 14 Removing of surplus spoil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and deposited where directed at a level not exceeding 1.50 m above the starting point, complete all as specified & directed. 15 Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of vertial pressure water filteration plant with 2 motors of capacity 5 HP fabricated at on ISO certified company from mild steel plate by joining vertical cylinder with two dish ends one at top and one at bottom, having heavy duty legs provided on bottom dish to make the Pressure filter self standing, one man hole at top dish and one hand/inspection hole on vertical shell of suitable size with water tight cover plate, comprising of common header with water distributor/collector, frontal piping, operating valves, back wash pipe lines, air vent pipe with air release valve, pressure guage etc complete in all respect and including filter media comprising of assorted sizes of pebbles and sand etc suitable to remove suspended impurities like dirt, dust, mud, colloids and similar contamination from the raw water to make it potable water, achieve the specified results and to satisfy the undermentioned tehnical specification all as specified and directed. Note : Contractor shall submit detailed components of pressure filter plant as per IS standard for approval of accepting officer before execution of work.(ii) The contractor shall submit a schedule of tests giving full details of tests to be carried out before installation i.e factory premises and after installtation i.e. on site. The factory test shall be carried out in virgin state i.e. without paintinng/polishing of pressue filter plant.(iii) The pressure filter plant shall be connected to 250 mm dia MS pipe line and both the plants will work in parallel. The filtered water of both the filters shall be connected into one common 250mm dia pipe line for further distribution.(iv)The Civil work shall be measured and paid separately however, the foundation detail and the PCC work related to pressure filter plant shall be submitted by OEM through contractor.(v) The filteration and after filteration, obtained from any recognised laboratory. The commisioning of pressure filter plant shall be carried out in the presence of rep of accepting office.(vi) The foundation of pressure filter plant shall be made as per OEM instructions. 16 Supply, installation, commissioning and testing of high pressure 5Kg/sqcm single head chemical dosing system with FRP tank of capacity 100 litres, dosing pump, agitator and control panel including accessories like lead tubing, connecting ferrule, check valve etc. complete in all respects incl all associated civil works, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. 17 M&L for Compound girders made of ISMC-125conforming to Fe 410.Gde-E-25 for supporting system along with climbing ladders and lifting hooks fabricated from angle iron of 45x45x5mm for lowering and lifting of submersible pump from borewell upto height of 5 mtr from GL and 1.5 Mtr below ground level incl foundation with PCC 1:3:6, type C-1 using 40 mm graded aggregates and PCC coping in PCC 1:2:4 of height 0.6 Mtr, complete all as specified and directed. 18 Supply and fix oil immersedstar Delta Starter for40HP capacity motor, three phase, 415 Voltwith thermal overload relay, single phasing protectionand free mechanism with single contact duly oil filled including testing, complete all as specified and directed byEngr -in- Charge. 19 Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of centrifugal pump setwith motor of capacity 35HP stage 9, RPM 2900, impeller of cast iron, to generate 120 Mtr head with output 60 cum/hrs complete with coupling and foundation all as specified and directed by Engr -in- charge.Make : Kirloskar, Model No of pump RKB 65/19 E 9 stage or equivalent make as specified in list of make in PS 20 M&L for Brick masonry chamber (Valve pit) for opening and closing valve with internal dimensions of size 110x110x105cmbuild in brick work in CM 1:6 including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil/strata including fixing MS sheet cover 6 mm thick over angle iron frame of size 25x25x6mm with laying and locking arrangement with two coat of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer on all steel surfaces, and 15 mm thick plaster in CM 1:4 internally, complete all as specified and directed. 21 Supply, installation, commissioning and Testing of copper wound transformer step down of capacity 63 KVA, outdoor type complete with standard fittings, and installing complete with all jointing materials, connecting with electrical system, earthing etc,HT 11 KV 3 Phase, LT 433 volts, 3 Phase 4 wire, Level-2 with off load tappings on HT side to vary secondary voltage within limit, all as per IS:2026,complete all as specified and directed. 22 Supply and fix Servo controlled Voltage stabilizer for automatic operation, three phase, naturally oil cooled, outdoor type with IP-65 protection & designed for input variation between 190 V to 480 V with output voltage stabilized at 415 with accuracy ± 1% and speed of correction 8 Volts per second per phase of capacity 25 KVA complete including provision of plateform of suitable size for the same as per manufacturer reccomendation complete all as specified & directed. 23 Supply and fix HT 11 KV outdoor type gang operated air break switch and insulator and steel frame outdoor type suitable for horizontal/vertical insulation single break provided with locking arrangement consisting of MS channel HT post type insulator copper alloys high pressure assembly opening rod of 25mm dia GI pipe medium grade complete conforming to IS-1318 of 1972 rated voltage 11 KV and current rating 200 Amps, 12 insulators, complete all as specified and directed. 24 Supply laying & testing of cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) with stranded aluminum conductor, 1100 volts grade, Earthed of size 3.5 core 50 sq mm all as specified & directed. 25 Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5m wide and depth exceeding 1.50 m and not exceeding 3mforlaying of cables etc and getting out in soft loose soilall as specified. 26 M&L for sand cushioning to UG cable 8 cm thick before laying and 15cm thick after laying complete all as specified and directed.Note:- 1.Dry fine sand of best available quality shall be used.2.Punned thickness of 18cm shall be measured. 27 M&L for brick protection cover of UG cable by old size bricks common burnt clay building bricks sub class `B’ laid dry and flat abutting each other with width equal to length of brick and gap between adjacent brick not exceeding 10mm complete all as specified and directed. 28 Supply and erecting in true vertical steel tubular swaged pole, 11 metre long, complete with mild steel base plate 6mm thick of size 300mm x 300mm, B-118 finial taper plug, bolts, nuts, washers and screws, type 410 SP-55 including drilling of holes of required size and nuts for fixing of cross arms, painting with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide and two coats of black bituminous paint for portion embedded in concrete, painting five black and white bands at lower portion of pole each of 300 mm height at 300mm spacing complete all as specified and directed.(Note : Excavation, earth work and PCC in foundation of poles, coping etc shall be measured and paid separately under respective items of work). 29 M&L for aluminium Conductor, Steel reinforced (ACSR), (Mink) as in overhead conductors including fixing aluminium tapes for binding, complete all as specified and directed. 30 M&L for cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps (including stay clamps, clamps for fixing GI tubes for passing through of cables) and back plates fabricated out of standard steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts in any shape or size as directed and inclusive of providing two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of primer after preparation of steel surfaces complete including dismantling of old broken cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps, etc. complete all as specified and directed. 31 M&L for stay assembly complete with accessories i.e. stay plate 300mm x 300mm x 6mm, galvanised thimbles,
