1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Implementation Of Project Documentation Along With The Cost Estimate And Stwiorb As Well As A Temporary And Target Traffic Organization For Poviat Road No. 2820G On The Section Covering The Area Built In The Village Of Kulice, With A Total Length Of Approx. 1330M. 2. As Part Of The Subject Of The Contract, The Contractor Of The Documentation, In Addition To The Reconstruction Of The Roadway, Will Also Be Designed: Sidewalks, Bicycle Path, Exits To The Property And Reconstruction Of The Intersections. In Relation To The Utilities Of The Area, The Project Should Also Include The Construction Of A Rainwater Sewage Network Along With Wells, Branches, Catches And Rainforest, And The Reconstruction Of The Teletechnical And Energy Network. 3. The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract Includes The Implementation Of A Set Of Documentation, Containing:  Plot Development Project Or Area,  Architectural And Construction Design,  Technical Design, As Well As:  Bumas,  Investor Cost Estimates,  Material And Financial Schedule,  Technical Specification Of Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works,  Project Of Temporary And Target Traffic Organization Resulting From Separate Provisions. 4. The Contractor Is Obliged To Prepare A Complete Application For A Building Permit, As Well As For Effective Obtaining On Behalf Of The Contracting Authority A Building Permit. The Contractor Will Also Be Obliged To Immediately Supplement Any Formal Deficiencies And Explanations Required By The Competent Architectural And Building Administration Bodies In The Course Of The Proceedings.
