The Subject Of This Public Procurement Is The Selection Of A Contractor For Carrying Out Construction Works For The Purpose Of Major Repairs To A Gym (Upi For The School, Square 25A According To The Plan Of The 1St Year) With An Administrative Address: Varna, Zh.K. Varnenchik Vl., 10 Dimitar Donchev Str. The Project Envisages The Following Activities That Provide Energy Efficiency And Comfort Of Operating Buildings: 1. Implementation Of Energy Efficiency Measures - Placement Of External Thermal Insulation And Replacement Of Joinery 1.1. The Windows With Wooden Windows Should Also Be Replaced. Delivery And Installation Of A New Pvc Joinery, With Interrupted Thermal, Triple Glazing With A Heat Transfer Coefficient Us1,10 W/M2k, Protected With Metal Grilles 1.2. Part Of The Facade Of The Gym Is Without Thermal Insulation. It Is Envisaged To Perform A Thermal Insulation System Of Stone Wool Panels With A Thickness Of 15 Cm And Λ = 0.034 W/M. 2. Roof Repair And Insulation: It Is Envisaged To Dismantle Existing Waterproofing From The Roof And Clean The Base Before Application Of New Hydro And Thermal Insulation. From The Point Of View Of Fire Safety And In Connection With The Achievement Of Class A On Energy Efficiency, The Implementation Of A Thermal Insulation System Of Stone Wool With A Thickness B = 15Cm, Λ = 0.035 W/M, A Fire Reaction Class, Point Load Minf = 500N Is Provided. 3. Complete Replacement Of Sports Flooring: Removal Of The Existing Flooring Of The Gym, Thermal Insulation And Wooden Sports Flooring. 4. Replacement Of Hvac, Plumbing And/Or Electrical Installations: It Is Envisaged To Completely Replace Electrical And Water Supply And Sewerage Installations. The Ventilation Of The Gym Is Updated. The Repair Of The Gym Is Provided With The Replacement Of The Electrical Installation And The Tray, With The Power Supply Of The Tray Remains Existing. Included Are Activities For The Replacement Of Ice Luminaires And Electrical Controls And The Construction Of Emergency And Eacual Lighting. Grounding And Lightning Protection Installations Are Existing. 5. Painting Interior Walls And Ceilings 6.
