The Main Purpose Of The Task Is To Improve The Condition Of The Building, In Particular The Removal Of Damage Caused By The Flood In September 2024. The Buildings Building Was Flooded With Rainwater To A Height Of 50-70 Cm, Causing Significant Damage. 2. The Material Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract Includes, Among Others, The Works Of The Architectural And Construction Industry (In Accordance With The Design Doc. Industrial, Carpets, Stoneware); E) Making Internal Gypsum, Cement-Lime Plasters; F) Surface Priming; G) Laying Insulating Foil; H) Painting Walls And Ceilings; I) Making Pedestals; J) Location On The Walls Of Ceramic Tiles; K) Replacement Of Interior And Entrance Door Joinery (Wooden, Aluminum, Steel); L); Washing The Facade; M) Drying Of The Object - All Rooms; N) Fumigation Of Brick Walls; O) Filling The Expansion Gaps, Making Layers Leveling Of The Ground; P) Renovation Of Social And Office Rooms; Q) Forging, Dismantling Of Floors Along With Cleaning (Concrete, From Tiles, Plastic Plastic); R Gresowe; P) Drying, Ozonation And Disinfection Of All Rooms After The Completion Of Construction Works. 2) Electrical Industry Works (According To Design Doc. Evacuation And Alarm Equipment; F) Installation Of Electrical Accessories (Switches, Sockets); G) Checking Of Installations And Security - Checking Measurements. 3) Sanitary Industry Works (According To The Design Doc.): 1. Installation Of Concealed Elements (Buttons, Frames); 2. Battery Replacement (Washbasin, Spray, Shower, Washer); 3. Replacement Of Shower Cabins, Sinks And Water Heaters (Boiler); 4. Renovation Of Pumps (Rain, Sewage); 5. Disassembly And Replacement Of Sanitary Facilities (Toilet, Bidets, Urinals, Sinks) .4) Equipment (According To Design Dock): A) Delivery Along With The Installation Of Kitchen Equipment, Furniture Equipment (Wardrobes, Furniture, Beds, Kitchen Furniture In Built -Up, Chairs, Household Appliances); B) Installation Of Wardrobe For Storing Special Clothing. 5) Other Work (According To Doc.
