1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Execution Of Works Related To The Modernization And Adaptation Of The Room Of The Current Auditorium, Along With The Facilities For The Needs Of The Renewable Competence Center Of Energy Sources And Hydrogen Technologies (Hereinafter: The Renews Or Ckozeitw Center). The Works Will Be Carried Out In The Branch Building Of The Silesian University Of Technology In Rybnik At Ul. Kościuszki 54. The Scope Of Works Includes: - Construction Works: Dismantling And Demolition, Carry Out Holes, Assembly Of Steel Structures, Concrete, Masonry And Carpentry Works, Floor And Raised Flooring, Making Housings From Gk Plates And Acoustic Sheet On The Walls, Delivery And Assembly Of Wooden And Aluminum Joinery As Well. Plastering (Plasters, Plaster Coats) And Painting, Assembly Of Suspended Ceilings, Window Blinds, Balustrades, Acoustic Curtains And The Logo Of The Silesian University Of Technology, Delivery And Installation Of Fixed Equipment, Including Furniture;-Installation Works: Installation Of Mechanical Ventilation Installations, Technological Heat, Individual Air Conditioning And Water And Water Supply Installation In Background Rooms, Installation Of Internal Hydrants, Replacement Of Central Heating Heating Heaters Along With Approaches As Well As Accompanying And Disassembly Works; -Electrical Works: Installation Of Switchboard, Wlz And Cable Routes, Implementation Of General, Technological And Emergency And Avoid Lighting Installations, Plug Sockets, Forces And Compensatory Connections, Executive Installations (Ssp, Ssp Installations (Ssp, Ssp Installations (Ssps Video -Intercom, Monitoring And Kd) As Well As Systems: Sound System, Image And Technological Mechanics Projection As Well As Accompanying And Disassembly Works. The Scope Of The Order Also Includes Export And Disposal Of Debris And Construction Waste. 2. Deadline For Execution Of The Contract: Up To 6 Months From The Date Of Handing Over The Front Of The Works. The Contracting Authority Provides For The Transfer Of Works To 5 Business Days From The Date Of The Contract.
