Supply And Delivery Of New Thermal Imaging Cameras . City Of Prince George (The “City) Is Seeking Proposals From Qualified Suppliers That Have The Knowledge, Technical Resources, Experience, Reputation And Capacity To Supply, Deliver And Provide Continuous Support And Warranty For The Purchase Of Ten (10) New, Handheld, Full-Size Thermal Imaging Cameras As Per The Specifications Outlined In The Bidding System. In Addition, As Provisional Items, The City Is Seeking Eight (8) Situational Cameras, Truck Chargers And Installation. The Equipment Is Required To Maintain Current Operating Guidelines And Must Meet All Nfpa 1801, 2018 Edition, Worksafebc And Government Standards Pertaining To Fire-Fighter Rescue Tools. Additionally, The Proponent Is Also Required To Provide Operational And Train-The-Trainer Training, Equipment Maintenance, Inspection Services And/Or Maintenance Training As Required. The Proponent Awarded The Contract As A Result Of This Rfp Will Be The Preferred Vendor For Any Further Thermal Imaging Camera Purchases For A Period Of Five (5) Years On An As-Required Non-Exclusive Basis. The City Will Obtain Quotes For Any Further Purchases And Will Proceed If The Quote Provided Is Within Budget And Acceptable To The City. The City Reserves The Right To Seek Quotes From Other Suppliers. This Solicitation May Lead To Sequential Or Concurrent Negotiations With One Or More Proponents Offering The Most Advantageous Proposal(S), Or To The Creation Of A Contract Without Negotiations.
