Tender For Biennial Electrical And Mechanical Maintenance Of Machine No 2 At Belka Power House. - Dismantling of Turbine main hole cover and Guide bearing bulb. 2 Dismantling of Turbine guide bearing and its shaft. 3 Dismantling of Throat ring. 4 Dismantling of Rotor and Stator 5 Dismantling of Runner hub with blade. 6 Dismantling of Turbine main hollow shaft. 7 Dismaintling of all 16 Nos. wicket gates with locking Assembly and its bush, cup seals etc. 8 Replacement of 1.5" Ø cooling water pipe line With new suitable bends, union, gate valve, socket etc. (heavy duty industrial grade) for turbine guide Bearing and other accessories. 9 Cleaning,greasing of all wicket gates locking assembly alongwith replacment of both end bushes,SS pins,bolts,Cup seals & "O" rings, etc. 10 Replacement of all required nuts,bolts & studs of required sizes in place of rusted/damaged nuts and bolts. 11 Dehydration of oil of variousAuxillary, Excitation, Current & Potential Transformers at Belka Power House. 12 Centrifushing of transformer oil till the BDV is acheived as per IS (1900 Ltr.) 13 Replacement of HV side bushing with gasket etc. 14 Replacement of LV side bushing with gasket etc. 15 Replacement of breather (plastic frame) with silica gel. 16 Varnishing of stator and rotor after Dry out & proper cleaning of rotor and Stator. 17 Removal of old painted and rusted surface of both sides of turbine & Turbine bulb inside with wire brush ,emery paper.Dirt,silt,grease and oil shall be removed with the use of aromatic solvent and de-greasing solvent for preparation of surface for one coat ready mixed EPHEX-4 epoxy primer then application of EPHEX-5 coltar epoxy paint in two coat including supply of all labour T&P etc. 18 Scrapping and cleaning old painted surface with wire brush, Sand paper etc. Painting one coat of ready mixed priming paint and two coat of approved superior quality ready mix Automotive paint on Turbine & Generator complete including Supply of all material labour T and P etc. required for proper completion of work. Paint to be used should confirm to the ISI. 19 Painting of single coat primer with double coat ready mixed paint of 2000KVA transformer after removing old paint & primer. 20 Fitting of all wicket gate with assembly. 21 Fitting of bearing shaft and turbine guide bearing. 22 Fitting of Stator and rotor 23 Fitting of runner hub withrunner blade. Re-assembly of Throat ring. 24 Closing of TGB bulb and main hole cover. 25 Alignment of turbine guide bearing ,Turbine main shaft, Stator &rotor with gear box. 26 Crompton make MCCB, 250V, 40Amp, Cap.-10KA
