The Subject Of The Contract Is The Construction Of An Internal Hydrant Installation And Reconstruction /Modernization Of Toilet And Bathroom Rooms To Adapt For People With Disabilities. As A Result Of The Above Reconstruction Will Be Separated By Two Independent Bathrooms Adapted For People With Disabilities And A Separate Sanitary Machine To The Extent Specified In The Design Documentation, Technical Specifications Of The Performance And Acceptance Of Works And In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract (Opz). 3. The Order Is Co -Financed By: A) The State Fund For The Rehabilitation Of The Disabled, B) Own Zduńskowolski Poviat. 4. The Order Is Carried Out As Part Of The Budget Task Entitled Improving Accessibility For People With Disabilities Of The Social Welfare Home Building In Przadtiek. A Detailed Description The Subject Of The Contract Was Included In The Following Attachments: 1) Annex 2 To Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Contract (Opz); 2) Annex 5 To Swz - Design Documentation And Attachments: A) Technical Design /Reconstruction /Modernization Of The Existing Toilet And Modernization Of The Existing Toilet And The Bathroom In The Building Of The Dps Przatówki Together With The Adaptation Of Rooms For People With Disabilities; B) Project Of An Internal Hydrant Network In The Building Of The Internal Hydrant Home In The Building Of Social Assistance. C) In Przadatko 1, 98-240 Szadek; D) The Bill Of Quantities - The Units Attached To Swz Are Only Informative. After Reading The Design Documentation And Other Documents, The Contractor Is Obliged To Determine The Scope Of Works Necessary To Achieve The Result. 3) Annex 6 To Swz - Technical Specification Of The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Stwiorb). 6. The Subject Of The Contract Is Divided Into Two Implementation Stages: 1) Stage I - Includes The Performance Of The Subject Of The Contract In The Field Of Reconstruction/ Modernization Of The Existing Toilet And Bathroom: A) Dismantling Works In Particular (In The Field Of White Assembly, Water Supply, Heating, Sewage Installations With Approaches, Electric Approaches, With Equipment And Lighting, Door And Floor Covering Partitions) B) Construction Works In Particular:- Forging Door Openings In The Existing Load-Bearing Wall,- Moisture Of Partition Walls,- Execution Of Wall And Floor Cladding,- Settling Of Joinery,- Painting/Finishing Works,- Embedding Walls Of Sanitary Sealing Sanitary And Door Cabins,- Construction Of A Suspended Ceiling,- White Assembly,- White Assembly,- White Assembly, Equipment, C) Installation Works In The Scope Of:- Heating,- Water Supply Installation,- Sanitary Sewage System,- Ventilation,- Electrical Installations.
