The Subject Of The Contract Is The Development Of Project Documentation For The Investment Task Consisting In The Expansion Of Poviat Road No. 1259L Section Of Łuków - Podgai From Km 0+000 To Km 3+170 In The Scope Of: - Regulation Of The Legal Status Of The Boundaries Of The Road Lane, - Execution Of Project Documentation Of All Industries In The Scope Necessary To Obtain A Permit For Conducting Construction Works And Conducting Proceedings For The Provision Of Public Procurement For Construction Works On The 6M Road And Roads For Pedestrians And Bicycles. The Landmarks Showing The Location Of The Investment Task Is Annex 10 To Swz. It Is Required To Prepare Documentation To Obtain A Permit To Perform Works In The Architectural And Building Administration Bodies, As Well As To Conduct A Public Procurement Procedure For Construction Works. Technical Class Of The Road: Traffic: Kr-2 2. The Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract Includes: 1) Development And Submission To The Employer Within 14 Days From The Date Of Signing The Schedule Of Design Work Determining The Dates For The Preparation Of Individual Parts Of The Project Documentation, Administrative Decisions And Opinions, As Well As Arrangements Required By Law, Within A Specified Contract; 2) Developing A Land Development Concept. As Part Of The Concept, It Should Be: • Describe The Existing State, Make Altitude Measurements, Draw Up Existing Drawings Of Normal Exceeds; • Present A Preliminary Land Development Project And Surface Structure With Longitudinal Cross -Section And Transverse Cross -Sections (Maximum Spacing 25M), • Identify The Collisions; 3) Preparation Of Output Materials For Conducting Procedures Related To The Performance Of Division Maps (A List Of Real Estate That Will Be Divided And Taken Entirely Under The Lane Of The Poviat Road); 4) Developing A Situational Plan With The Final Designed Line Delimiting The Road Lane; 5) Performing A Geodetic Study Of A Project To Divide Real Estate For The Implementation Of A Road Investment For Purposes Related To Obtaining A Permit For The Implementation Of A Road Investment (Hereinafter Zrid Decision) - In The Amount Of 5 Copies; 6) Obtaining Current Maps For Design Purposes Necessary To Develop A Construction Project; 7) Obtaining On Behalf Of The Investor A Decision On Environmental Conditions And Water Law Decisions, If Required; 8) Obtaining Permission On Behalf Of The Investor For Felling Trees And Shrubs With Investment, Developing A Project Enabling Them To Cut In The Field; 9) Obtaining An Opinion On Behalf Of The Investor In Accordance With Art. 11B And 11D Of The Act Of 10 April 2003 On Special Rules For The Preparation And Implementation Of Investments In The Field Of Public Roads; 10) Execution Of Geotechnical Documentation Necessary To Obtain Zrid Decision; 11) Obtaining All Other Arrangements Necessary For The Proper Development Of Project Documentation; 12) Developing A Complete Construction Project, Including All Atta
