Pipe Fittings - Dbr - Purchase Of Dry Clamps, Tapers. Creating A Dynamic Procurement System (Hereinafter: Dbr) For The Purchase Of Drilling Clamps And Tapers. Products To Be Purchased And Their Characteristics: Taping Bridge For Plastic Pipes D63 - D315, Drilling Clamps Asbestos Cement, Steel And Casting Tubes Dn50 - Dn300, Relevant Public Procurement Documents, Especially, But Not Exclusively In The Tendering Stages, Delivery Of The Appropriate Products For The Specifications And Parameters As Detailed In The Bidding Stages. It Will Be Used By The Contracting Authority In The Water Utility Network. The Estimated Total Value Of The Planned Products To Be Obtained Through A Single Bid Section Is Huf 105,000,000. The Contracting Authority Also Reserves The Right To Launch Several Parallel Bids. The Contracting Authority Shall Determine The Deadline For Bidding In Each Call For Tenders During The Second Phase Of The Procedure For At Least 5 Business Days. Applicants Must Declare In The Application Of The Deadline For At Least 5 Working Days (In The Form Of Yes Or No). If You Respond With Yes To All Dynamic Purchasing Systems, The Kbt. 84 (6) Of The Act Shall Be Deemed To Be Considered As The Agreement And The Contracting Authority Shall Be Entitled To Determine A Deadline For At Least 5 Working Days In All Invitations Of Tenders. In The Case Of A No Response, The Contracting Authority Sets At Least 10 Calendar Day Bid Deadlines, With The Contracting Authority And Applicants To Enter Into A Less Period Of Time During The Duration Of The Dbr. Dbr May Join Any Economic Operator During Its Entire Duration That Meets The Eligibility Criteria Set By The Contracting Authority. The Contracting Authority Shall Send The Invitation To Tender To The Applicants For Qualified Participation Via The Ecr. Contracting Authority During The Implementation Of The Dbr. Pursuant To Article 107 Para. During The Second Phase Of The Procedure, The Tenderer Must Submit Documents And Statements Specified In The Public Procurement Documents And Technical Descriptions Issued During The Tender Section. The Contracting Authority, As Well As The Documents That Support Them For The Adequacy Of The Products To Be Purchased, During The Second Phase Of The Procedure
